Ordered ahead on the app. Got the overpriced gimmicky blackout shake before noon to get the eclipse sunglasses and they claimed to already be out. I have a feeling they did not even get a box of em in. Feels very much like a bait and switch to sell soft-serve at an exorbitant price.

Whats up w the coffee? 2$ for a tiny cup of what looks like a used filter of coffee run a 3rd time? Zero coffee taste whatsoever. Tastes like warm water. Thats just wrong. I wont make that mistake again. Boo! Thats all I got was a coffee, because its cold and rainy outside. Needed some heated pep, but got heated zip. It was translucent man, come on, smh!

The service was good but the shake was HORRIBLE! I paid $10 for 2 Small Sonic Blast to not be mixed and only have one table spoon or less of the brownie. Don’t advertise stuff that you are not willing to prepare the right way!

I just went to the sonic on loop 288. I just wanted to give the carhop saila a big shoutout. She was very sweet and very kind. She was filled with enough joy to share to others. I continued to sit and eat and the energy still remains. Definitely the kind of person to turn a bad day to a great one !

Sonic always has an excuse as to why their app isn't working and they act like they aren't able to apply the discount when it's THEIR app that isn't working!? Why have an app and tell people they get a discount if they use it, when they can never use it!? Also why did the trash cans get taken away from the Colorado Blvd location? Is it because their employees refuse to keep it clean?? What a hassle for the customers who need to get rid of their old drinks, cause lord knows they're not going to offer to toss it for you.. makes you wonder how dirty it is inside.

The fried pickles was okay, they just kept coming apart??‍♀️. I was bothered because everyone that told me about em was awesome. My first time trying em. I won't again. They buffalo dip little things are nasty as hell?. No where like the commercial ,and they lied about the price. Sonic days are over for me. You guys enjoy ?

I was here @ 5:05 pm 10/17/23, today. I see the sign claiming 1/2 price burgers, see what I want and press the red button. They have the most underdeveloped and bitter young woman taking orders for some reason. She starts off with an obviously angry and bothered tone, is too stupid to be patient at all with one question about the 1/2 price burgers (which aren't 1/2 price, only the #1 is), interrupts me asking 'do you know what you want, do you need more time?'. I almost verbally lit into the reprobate but instead kept my cool, finished my order and drove off without food. Keep degenerates from interacting with customers if you aren't trying to go out of business. The sign should also have accurate info about the 1/2 price #1's, that alone is going to get people to not order on principle, it isn't an honest representation of the discount. I certainly will not bother this location again.
