Tried to order but apparently they are having problems with the speakers because the employee messed a simple order up several times . When trying to correct her the last time she said your total is $, thank you and hung up. I pressed the button again and the employee had to come out because she couldn’t hear me ( she did it with the car next to me as well). When I tried to correct the order she kept cutting me off so I just told her to cancel the order and left and went somewhere else. If it is a system then shame on the owner. Also the woman should not have cut me off so many times.

The Sonic in Denton off of State School service has really been going down hill the past several months. This spot use to be a regular for the family. it’s wrong order after wrong order. Today I asked for the manager due to the app not working and again the order was wrong. I spoke to the manager once more to try to correct the issue and not only did she NOT help but she was rude. I get it, you’re busy and it’s hot but it’s what you signed up for in the service industry. If management misses the mark, I’ve lost faith in this once hot spot.

Been coming to this location for over 2 years, they have never once gotten anything wrong. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The employees are also always really nice and friendly!

Stoped yesterday and ordered a sausage egg and cheese burrito got one with jalapeno and tots. Didn’t realize it till I was gone. Awful. Today ordered the same thing. Got an egg and cheese burrito with two small pieces of sausage in it. I give up. Going to take my business elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible service!! Did a mobile order for a drink. It took 25 minutes to just get the drink, and the carhops were extremely rude about the wait time. We will never be coming back to this Sonic location.
