Apparently light ice means cup full of ice! When I asked politely to fix it, she drained some from the top along with foam, and gave it to me instead of remaking it. Now pistachio latte tastes like watered milk . $7 wasted !

Absolutely incompetent and RUDE staff. It is attached to my personal college, which i pay to attend. I have had to hold their hand through my order multiple times and they still mess it up. On top of that accuse people of stealing due to their own incompetence?? It is the only starbucks available on campus but i will simply not have starbucks. I worked for starbucks for 2 years and it is a whirlwind whenever i deal with this location. Disgusting that a company would allow to be represented in this way.

it’s fine, it’s just so annoying, I understand that it’s a campus but this is also the same with other franchises on campus? you can’t use rewards and they just don’t function like normal locations. I think that’s literally quite odd. At least you can earn stars but can’t use them on campus

Just waited 45 minutes for a drink. Everyone after me got their drink and so when I went up to ask about my drink, the girl making them was very rude to me. She then proceeded to make others drinks and when she finally made mine, it was wrong but I was so fed up that I just took it and left.

watched the dude drop the lid to the shaker on the floor, then he shook my drink with that nasty lid. absolutely disgusting train your employees better.

I stopped coming here last semester because my drink (the only drink I get from Starbucks for the past 3+ years) would never come out right, and when I tried to address how my drink wasn’t the right color or taste— they always argued with me about how it is in fact right even though it wasn’t. It’s especially weird that I can order the sake drink all over the state/country and I’d always get the same drink but I order it here and it always ends up messed up? Even the other remote Starbucks location across campus gets it right. I don’t understand what it is about this particular location.I decided to come today because I didn’t want to walk in the heat across campus to the other Starbucks, but I’m regretting it. Again, my latter isn’t the right color/taste/consistency and I’m sitting here not even wanting to drink it. I got up to talk to them about the drink and see what they did so I could figure out why it isn’t right so we could fix the problem. There were two young ladies there arguing with me about how it’s exactly how I ordered it, even though it once again was not. ??If I’m paying nearly $10 for a single small iced coffee— should I not be able to drink the coffee? When I’m paying that much for an iced coffee, it’s kind of just ridiculous that Starbucks employees would argue instead of just fixing the drink. Idk, maybe it would be different if I had never ordered the drunk before or didn’t get the exact same thing every single time I order from Starbucks, but I KNOW what it’s supposed to look/taste like.Honestly seems like I need to stop coming to this particular location for good because they really don’t seem to care about the customer’s happiness.

I am not sure why I keep returning to this location. My mistake.The employees are inefficient and appear to be confused with their jobs. You are a barista. Make drinks CORRECTLY. That is your job. Problem solved. Anyways, the incompetence causes the store to be extremely slow. Each time I order a drink there is something wrong. This evening, I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and they (without fail) forget the crunch!!! It's in the name of the drink how do you forget?!?!? They also make it with way too much ice so the drink is so diluted with water there is not much flavor.
