One of the only starbucks locations left with any kind of soul. The newest, frankly awful, corporate remodel hasn’t hit this one yet. Not as great as the older interiors, but much better than the uncomfortable, gray slabscape of the newest ones.

Went to get a coffee but they weren’t serving because of the strike. So I did go to Scooters Coffee. It was fantastic and cheaper. I would have never gone if y’all were not closed.

i was VERY disappointed in my service i asked for 2 venti drinks and a pup cup and left with 2 grande drinks and no pup cup normally i wouldn’t complain but the barista was very rude when she was corrected

Starbucks on Teasley adjacent to Sprouts ROCKS! Baristas make the best steaming mocha/no whip/coconut milk venti coffee. Opens at 0500! Nutritious panini mozzarella sandwiches. Power went out in my complex at 0541 on 28May and ONLY Starbucks refreshes with food/drink fresh air. ONCOR taking FOREVER to restore power. EVERY BUILDING IN COMPLEX HAS POWER EXCEPT MINE. ONCOR is the Pits. NEVER move to Central Texas. You will wish you were in the desert of rattlesnake El Paso where EL PASO ELECTRIC NEVER EVER FAILS. Oncor needs to be dismantled as they are the definition of cretins and totally daft. Leaving Central Texas as FAST AS I CAN SWEAT. BUT I love this Starbucks. Stop by and tip GENEROUSLY. They work hard.

Listen… When I tell you, these people are awesome, I mean it. Whenever I go there, the energy is always pleasant and happy to serve. These people are grateful for my business and if there’s an issue, they gracefully fix it. (I made the mistake because my day was off and they took care of me.) The other Starbucks is closer, but I don’t mind an extra minute to make this trip.

I ordered a plain pikes coffee and thought I heard my name, but when I asked, they said no it is still being made (not hard just poor it and hand it to me). After about 15 minutes they finally look at me and say what did you order? "Oh... here it is..." way off to the side behind everything, getting cold while you are making me late to work.If a person sets an order down and yells a name, they should look up and see if someone is responding so they can know where to look for it. I went through all the orders I saw. No one is helpful in getting the order to you. I didn't order from the app, I ordered inside. You should separate the app orders and inside orders at the very least so people sitting there can see when it is ready and not have to sift through all the app orders to find your needle in a haystack (trying not to put your hands on other people's orders).Also, a little training on how to install a lid on a coffee cup where the spout is on the opposite side from the seam in the cup. I don't like coffee stains on my work clothes! I would like to have my tip back please.....
I have ordered an oleato oat latte and it's never looked like that. I understand it will have some oil. But this one had too much oil and dint taste good at all. I tried to mix it or blend it but it's still looks super oily.

This is the only Starbucks in the area that has no clue how to properly make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Every time I’ve ordered one, it’s so light and tastes like straight milk. When I ask them to remake it, they are rude and stare at you like they’re clueless. The banana bread is always dry and cold. Service, food, and drinks are the worst I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Ive never had to write a bad review before but this has happened every single time. Going to drive extra miles just to go to another store from now on.
