Poor experience, my drink was made incorrectly, call to report it. Spoke with Trinity, I was hung up on while trying to obtain her name and given details about my drink. I had to call back 3 times, after being hung up on to obtain her name. Very rude and unprofessional. We usually avoid this location because it has went down hill over the years. Thought we might give it a try this morning and it has not change.

This is the best Starbucks location! I placed my order at this location but was at another. I called and Stephanie assured me I could call a little later for a refund. I called much later because the day got busy and Kourtney assured me she would take care of it but offered to do a remake if I wanted. So on a Friday morning at 7 I walked in Stephanie apologized that the other location didn’t accommodate the order and quickly had my drinks ready and me out the door.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years—not because their coffee is necessarily better than McDonald’s or Wendy’s, but because of the atmosphere. I travel often, and Starbucks has always felt like a reliable place to work, meet people, and enjoy a consistent environment. I’ve spent thousands over the years, sometimes buying drinks I didn’t need simply because I wanted to support the brand.
Today, in 100° heat, I stopped in and asked for a cup of water instead of my usual coffee or energy drink. To my surprise, I was told that under a new policy, I couldn’t get water without making a purchase.
I understand that some people take advantage of Starbucks’ space without buying anything, but this felt different. In the past, I’ve been given water without question, and that small gesture reinforced my loyalty. Being refused today broke a bit of that trust.
I will admit this is a bit of an over reaction on my part, but I’m now sitting across the parking lot at Wendy’s—about to drink their water—and wondering: is the Starbucks experience really that different anymore?

Today on Friday, August 8 2025 the staff were amazing, sweet and kind specially through a big rush. They were accommodating,always having a smile and making the place feel wonderful. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends to come back to this specific location.

I don't even leave reviews for places but this is so ridiculous I ordered a venti cup and they filled it up to the very top with ice, I had like 5 sips in my cup for a $7 dollar drink. Usually other locations aren't this bad

Every single time I come here my drink is always wrong and I add extra topping or extras and they don’t put it and I pay for it! Cmon for how much y'all charge do the drinks right.
My wife loves this Starbucks because it’s the only one in Denton that doesn’t go on strike!

My husband has been working a couple hours a day here and there at this Starbucks but this morning the whole family joined. We had FOUR breakfast entrees and four beverages. After working on his laptop for an hour after we left he ordered an ice water and they asked if he had purchased anything yet.
What the heck? He’s literally been there for two hours and has purchased EIGHT items at least! Is that seriously not enough? How rude.
It's good to have Starbucks so nearby, they make good coffees in timely manner.
Unorganized, waited 10 minutes for one drink, and they completely forgot i was even here. Good thing Dutch Bros is being built down the road
Easy access to parking!
I walked in and was never acknowledged by any staff. After a minute standing at the counter, someone asked what I wanted to order and given my order. Customer service seems to not be at this location.
