I have been a regular for a little over 4 months now and i can say that the team at this store works with the most efficiency and quality I have ever seen.
The most frequent partners i come in contact with with are Abigail & Bailee. They both have memorized my name and order and makes me want to return everyday to get my day started before i go to work . This team has also accepted my order with modifications with ease and is so amazing overall. I haven’t visited inside as frequent ( mostly because they keep their drive thru line MOVING 👏👏👏) but the times i have, it has been so great to see all their shining faces. The new AGM( whose name i can’t remember how to spell so i won’t try <3 ) is an absolute sweetheart and is doing amazing work ! Overall this team is doing great things and I think is by far one of the best Starbucks in Denton. :))

Always a great experience at this Starbucks! The baristas are kind, quick, and consistent, and the store always feels upbeat and welcoming. Before the judgement rolls in… Please understand that this store has had a very difficult start. From Baristas not mixing cold drinks properly, to managers too busy to talk to customers after 4 remakes of the same drink being wrong. To smartelic staff… to getting sick once because they did not make the drink correctly and the syrup used must have been bad because it made me sick after drinking three sips of straight syrup.

I will admit, I was starting to question my knowledge on how my drinks were made and so I did my research and my knowledge was correct and that group of baristas were just not interested in more training and the manager was MIA.

I now have to say that they got it together. The drinks taste like they should and staff isn’t telling me I am paying for espresso and giving me extra frapp shots instead like in the beginning. Like I said, “rocky start”.

The staff smiles and greets you (just not today). The line usually runs fairly quickly except today (I waited maybe 10-15 minutes with no apology in their drive-thru.

This store has a long way to go but they are on the right track. My advice, would be to come here if you are doing a day of shopping and not when you are running late to a meeting and still have to pick up your bosses coffee order. This is a place that needs a lot of grace from their customers. ALOT but they are on the right track!

Thank you for my Coffee frappe with an extra shot of blonde espresso today. A greeting before asking for payment would have been nice and not after payment. An explanation for the long wait with an apology for the wait would have been nice. However, this store does have little tiny fixes that are still needed. I do recommend this location for a day or shopping but go to Teasley by Sprouts if you are running late to work and still have to grab the boss’s coffee order.

Oh and Christmas cups are pretty but the 18th of January? I feel like I am missing something with that… Why?

Oh! I almost forgot! The sample my son and I received two weeks ago for the pistachio latte was the best start ever for our week. My son could not stop talking about that sampling experience. Thank you for that special cherished moment you created for us.

I will be making further reviews of my next visits. Please continue to improve! Thank you.

I would do zero stars if I could. This is the 5th time I have walked into this location and the staff literally IGNORES me. It’s the most unreal thing - I have never experienced anything by like it. I say “Good morning!” And they just look at me and continued what they’re all doing. It presents the message that I’m disturbing them, which is unfathomable to me. I can walk here in about 1 minute from my house, and I would rather drive 10 minutes down the road to a different one. Avoid this like the plague. They’re MEAN!!!

Went in at 5 thirty in the morning. Sat down at a table and was working on my tablet. Nobody else at any of the other tables. Was in there 7 minutes before a worker told me I had to make a purchase before I could sit there and told me if I didnt order something right then, I would need to leave.
