I keep going to this Starbucks, and they mess up my drink every single time. Never had that issue with any other Starbucks. The last time I went, they even gave me the wrong size. I asked for a Venti size and they gave me a grande.. I also asked for light ice, but they filled the whole cup with ice instead. Not surprised .. Really disappointing experience.

This Starbucks has been out of cold brew on multiple occasions. They have been closed when I drive through more times than I can count. I will come on my way to work and there is just closed signs up. Electric out, water out, or absolutely no reason at all. I have never seen a store that is shut down and out for stock of items more than this one. The others take longer in the drive thru but at least I know they are open. Staff is great, store sucks.

We just moved to the area and have been using this starbucks as it’s the closest one to us, however the last 4 times i’ve been there’s been something wrong with our order and either is only partially corrected or still not made correctly. today we went through the drive thru and they had trouble paying us out so they had to re-ring the order on the front computer, however they overcharged and rang up a bacon wrap instead of the spinach feta wrap i ordered and received. also when we got the drinks one was supposed to come with no whip and when it was “remade” they just scraped it off and it was still partially on top and in the middle of the drink. i don’t normally leave bad reviews or reviews in general but there’s always something wrong with our order at this location so ill just go a little further and use a different one.

Little to no outlets to be able to charge your computer devices. One of the main reasons I stop and get some work done at a Starbucks. It is very disappointing.
