Honestly, I didn’t even get my order. And if you know Starbucks you know they don’t typically give refunds. I’m more of a Dunkin girl. But because this location is within walking distance I decided one evening to walk to get a coffee and treat because I needed fresh air. I order on the app with NO ISSUES. I put on my shoes, and start walking to get my order. I get a notification saying “ started your order” I thought, “Yay”. I walk the whole idk 8 minutes to this location from my apartment. Only to find they close, At 2pm and aren’t open on Saturdays and Sundays. I thought, well I got my fresh air but what about a refund since I didn’t get my order. I call another location, they can’t be of assistance because this is a franchise location. I thought oh well I’ll call them in the morning and get it sorted. The lady who answered the phone, sounded really snappy. I simply let her know what happened and asked how I could go about getting my refund. In a snarky tone “you’ll have to message Starbucks, the app should’ve never let you order” well ma’am it did. I’m sorry that the app allowed me to do it. After her attitude I just messaged the company. Luckily the sweet girl that messaged me understood, and immediately was able to issue a refund. Thank you to the people who run the questions and helped me get my money back since I didn’t get my order. Note to self. Check locations and times from now on. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

this one worker (her name is haley) here has given me empty bags on multiple occasions and doesn't make an attempt to fix the mistake. she also has messed up my drink (I ordered a chai and was given a matcha) and rolled her eyes when I went up and explained the situation. I went again today and they gave me the wrong drink again. I've noticed it's always the same worker and she seems to be working almost always.

Got racially profiled over a water bottle…they thought that I wanted it for free, and mocked me behind the counter and stated “it’s not free”. I wonder if they would have said that to someone else? Greg, the manager, understood my concern, but didn’t seem like he cared all too much.
It’s too much stress for a coffee ?I suggest just going off campus.

It’s annoying and disappointing that the workers here always turn off the machines 10-15 min early. If you close at 3pm that doesn’t mean start turning off machines so you can be out @3 for your own convenience.

It’s DISAPPOINTING that this Starbucks doesn’t scan unless you have the Starbucks card, also I tried to request my coffee in advance to pick up and I was not able as you have to have the Starbucks card, this is a TRAP and remove all the benefits/ easiness to request in Starbucks… if I’m not receiving my rewards and have to go through huge lines I prefer to go to another place!Starbucks you could do better!

The staff are so friendly and wonderful! I come here nearly everyday and they are always so positive and kind. The staff here provide a personal touch that is unique to other Starbucks I have visited in the past. Orders are taken quickly and efficiently even on very busy times of the day. They are definitely a bright spot here on campus.
The service is good, sometimes lines can be long. Usually the wait isn’t too long. What I would like to leave a review is the new sitting area. I used to come in here and I would buy my drink and study. But the new arrangement is horrible, it feels like an elementary cafeteria. And the lighting is really bad too.

The Night staff have been terrible this week! The other night, my friend went down at 8:30 to order a hot drink and the worker told her he cannot make hot drinks because he cut the machine off even though they close at 10:00. Today I went down there To get a quick bite to eat and the same worker & I had discussion as to which sandwich I would like he proceeds to tell me that I can’t get it warmed up because they turned the machine off 30 minutes ago. I went it around 9:30 meaning they shut the machine down at 9:00, I’ve been in there multiple times around those same times and were able to receive my order no matter what time they close. Very Disappointed!
