This location is falling further and further into the trap of focusing on serving the drive through only.

It took them over 30 minutes to deliver a single drink.
No modifications, no ingredient changes, nothing out of the ordinary.
30 minutes, while the drive through vehicles continued to fly by every 2-3 minutes.

Don't come here if you intend to walk in

Been waiting for over 30 minutes for a latte. I made the BIG MISTAKE of going inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Three people working the drive thru and 1 for mobile and inside orders. Terrible service or management.

This is the second time going to this location. The do not put any pumpkin spice syrup to my coffee. So disappointed! I’m not going back again.

Workers are upbeat. Very good atmosphere to swing by in the morning here. There's a long table here with study light overhanging, and plenty of small tables as well.
Pleasantly, I also received a sample pumpkin spice cold brew.... love it

Having a code and sign saying bathroom is for paying customer only…….not a good idea. I understand there’s a lot of homeless people on the area….but it almost deterred me from shopping here.

So I just went here and ordered same drink I order at other Starbucks in town and even other Starbucks I’ve visited out of town, and was charged over $4 more than usual. I asked about it at the window and she told me it’s bc the other Starbucks are “ringing me up incorrectly” which to me you don’t need to down other people when someone is questioning you. Then she just got more rude and said “if you can’t afford it let me know so we can stop making it and don’t waste product because it’s expensive. Starbucks please do better! I keep trying yall again to continually regret it! This is the pecan crunch I was charged $2.80 for! 🤦🏽‍♀️

The baristas were very nice and educational. I had questions about sugar in the drinks. She gave me info on everything. I appreciate the time she gave me to explain some of these things.

The lady at the drive-through seems to have a bad day more than a good one. You pay extra for things added to a $8 coffee and I think they just ignore the tag.

I go to this location almost every single weekday and order the same thing, Hazelnut Latte. In the last 2 months they have failed to put any syrup in my latte on 3 different occasions. I don't notice it because I do not drink my coffee until I get to work (this is why I always order it extra hot). I spend over $100 a month there and it is disappointing to see that they can't get such a simple order correct. They are always so very nice and my sticker always says the correct things but sadly 3 times in that short a time makes me want to move over to Dutch Brothers which is also on my way to work.
