Terrible customer service, tables and restrooms were not clean. Staff acknowledged a few people as they walked in the establishment. I stood in the front for 5 minutes and had to ask where to place an order. It seemed like I was interrupting them.

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I got a free water and cake pop on Halloween day! It was a little cold inside, but other than that, it was a great environment for a coffee shop. The employees were kind, and willing to help!
This particular Starbucks is not a cozy place to go and sit. The floor is dirty from many coffee buyers dripping, on the way out the door. (As well as the outside concrete) The glass doors have a lot of hand prints as well. I sat outside with my soggy breakfast sandwich, the tables were so dirty I went inside to ask for a little water to clean. They said they would send somebody out which they did not. I took a napkin to the bathroom, got some water wiped my own table. Then I noticed inside someone was cleaning the tables. Big space and everything they received from the delivery truck just sat inside the front door. Last time I’ll go there. But they seem to be serving a lot of coffee through the drive-through. Maybe that’s why housekeeping is secondary.

I had a tall cold brew coffee with non dairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam. It was ALL ICE, I finished my cold brew in three sips and that said. I paid a lot of money to buy just a lot of ices. So disappointing. When we buy a hot coffee, you give the all full cup of coffee but cold brew they sell the ice. How many shots do you guys put in it? You should give us the ice separate from the coffee. That is not fair. That is a rob in our face. Never again. ??
