Reading is fundamental. Ordered iced white mocha, no whip, extra shot. Pretty simple. First order came hot white mocha. Re-ordered, get it with whip cream and half empty. I won't come to this location any longer. Please learn to read.

Ordered inside to get my drink faster and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a dragon drink. For some reason my ticket was lost. Other than that the service wasn’t that good at communicating with the customer and I recommend anyone who’s waiting more than 5 minutes to ask about their drink.

They are very sweet, however, they are very slow. I ended up waiting almost twenty minutes for my one drink. I get it but some of the people in there is movin as slow as molasses. I've never had this issue before but this has happened the past few times I've gone here.

I went here while I waited for my car to being serviced at Brakes Plus! I was with another friend. We actually sat outside even though it was super-hot outside we sat under the fans and let me tell you. I'm super surprised at how cool it was under the fans. That was really awesome. I really love the new place it's so nice, clean, the staff was super nice. Someone greeted us as we sat outside as well.I had a Mocha Frap blended twice and it was super delicious!! My favorite! Thank you all so much for doing 200% and helping us to have a GREAT experience. I will definitely be going here. I really love the location and it's really HUGE place. I know you all moved from the location near KFC. This is my Favorite Starbucks!!

If I could rate lower I would I literally get the same drinks everyday for at least 6 years I went to this location only because rayzor ranch was out of blonde roast my drink was half empty , the employee said they changed the rules , "OK can u fill my drinks for today and I won't be back " *CINDY* the manager comes and tells me that yes they have changed the rules , well if I can order my drink off the menu and on the app why do I need to order as a signature drink ? I pay the extra for the add one I ask for ? Horrible horrible customer service not only was cindy very rude she had a very poor attitude if u hate ur job quit ! No need in starting everyone else's day bad :( they would have been better staying at the other location if they lost all there good staff these people are clueless and rude !

I arrived to pick up my order and went to grab a straw, i needed a venti straw and there was none. I went to ask an employee if they had any venti straws and she told me where they were, I told her there was only grande straws, she told me she would look for some so i went to wait at a table, as time went on she kept me waiting there and I was trying to giver her time because maybe she's too busy. At some point she was just chit chatting and I asked her if they had the straws or not and she reptby telling me they were all out. I understand if you're out it's fine, but the employees wasted my time by having me wait while they "search" for straws.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Denton. They’re friendly, quick, and get my order right every time. They also seem to be better stocked than other stores. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is relatively loud, between the music and the people—probably not somewhere I’d want to sit down and do work. But definitely good for getting a quick coffee to go!

Although they do get expensive, the caramel creme brûlée iced coffee, and the spinach feta wrap are so good!! If you get anything from here, I do recommend this two items!
