Leaving 2 stars cause this has nothing to do with this specific Starbucks, they provide good service and move swiftly and some even remember my name because of my regular order.... today I tried two different things.. NO WHERE does it say that this chicken sandwich is a ground soggy patty, and it isn't even shaped like the one in the photo at all. I've had better chicken at an elementary school. False advertising and totally over priced. The other one was the bacon cheddar crossaint, and was so dry I had to chase it. So bad dude. I honestly want a refund

They are out of summer berry refreshers but literally are advertising it and then you get stuck in the drink thru line because they don’t have another way out

Reading is fundamental. Ordered iced white mocha, no whip, extra shot. Pretty simple. First order came hot white mocha. Re-ordered, get it with whip cream and half empty. I won't come to this location any longer. Please learn to read.

Ordered inside to get my drink faster and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a dragon drink. For some reason my ticket was lost. Other than that the service wasn’t that good at communicating with the customer and I recommend anyone who’s waiting more than 5 minutes to ask about their drink.

They are very sweet, however, they are very slow. I ended up waiting almost twenty minutes for my one drink. I get it but some of the people in there is movin as slow as molasses. I've never had this issue before but this has happened the past few times I've gone here.

they were nice but extremely quiet when calling out orders, the music makes it hard to hear our names i mistook my order like twice. they’re also kinda slow, which i understand because they’re busy, but i just kinda wish i didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte
