I asked for no whip cream, they put some in and then stopped, then dumped a bunch of cookie crumps on top to hide it. When they handed me the drink, it had green juice on the sides and a Lot of matcha powder on the bottom. All of this was after spending more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 people ahead of me when I pulled in.

I work at carenow and I came over to order me a drink . When I first walked in I was not greeted by no one which is fine . Then I stood there no one told me where to order they just kept walking . Some white people comes in behind me . They proceeded to take the order first before me when I was there first . Mean mind you I work at the Urgent care right next to you guys. I will never be back to this location for a drink . No customer service skills only from the cashier but if she was doing her job correctly she would have seen I was first and let them know I was first . Didn’t ask me if I was ready or anything . If the manger would love to speak to me I can say more . When you are in customer service just like I am you want to be treated fairly. If you came to my urgent care you wouldn’t like if you were first and someone came in behind you and I checked them in before you . You wouldn’t like that

The young man working the window has no customer service abilities i have been to starbucks around the country and this guy doesnt care about customers his attitude was horrible. I asked for napkins for a food order and he grunted, asked for a stopper ( I am in a car hello) he acted like I was asking for a free drink. This same location has great a couple great young ladies there but the 2 times this week he was at the window he acted like I should be thanking him for my 20 dollar coffee and sandwich purchase instead of how how much I am spending for this purchase

Honestly, it is way too overpriced, but the service and the employees are amazing 👏
I am 80 percent sure that the blonde male barista is putting things in my drink. k always order the same thing. When other baristas there make it, it tastes and looks fine but when he does it it’s always off. Last week he made my drink and it taste like someone threw up in it, Today i went and my drink was sudsy as if he’d put some soap in it or something and the taste is off. I ordered an unsweetened iced green tea with some lemonade . It’s never ever been sudsy before. Disputing that charge as I type now.

I don’t go to Starbucks often because it is too pricey. This time of the year I love the pumpkin spice latte. I treated myself today. What I got had no flavor. It was a plain latte, no spice whatsoever. How disappointing! I also ordered the pumpkin bread which was delicious.
