Very good ist my favorite coffee

Asked the barista for a large iced lavendar latte and this is what I received. Half filled cup. Upon asking the barista she was so rude that I did not bother to ask her to redo my drink. First and the last time I will be visiting this location. I do not know how does Starbuck hire so rude baristas. Worst service!

Website said they had certain food options, made an order and when I got there they said they did not had it. They refused to give me a refund and gave me a cheaper food options that did not cover what I order. Tables were not clean. Never looked back, do not recommend these Kroger Starbucks, seemed poorly administered.

I just had a really unpleasant experience at a Starbucks. A blonde, slim girl (didn’t catch her name) took my order, and I clearly asked for a matcha lemonade—even emphasized that I wanted extra lemonade. Maybe she didn’t hear me well, but she made a latte instead. When I pointed out that this wasn’t a lemonade, she responded with a bad attitude, insisting she heard “latte.” The issue wasn’t the mistake—I would have gladly waited for the correct drink or even paid again. But her attitude was so unpleasant that I decided to leave and throw the drink away. I suggest reviewing her performance.

The staff at this store is the best! I don’t understand all the negative vibes towards hard working, genuine, caring and honest staff. Sometimes, it can make a big impact when you put yourself in another’s shoes before you stomp on their toes with bad reviews. They are not the reason you day is not going so well. Smile, say hi and pick your head up. You might be surprised what happens when you communicate instead of hate.

Great Starbucks, but always busy. Plan on some extra time. Drive through is normally backed up. Inside has many orders in front. This store is worth the wait!

I made an online order for two hot drinks. The barista made one of them iced. OK no big deal, she was able to remake it hot. But then I get in the car and this is what BOTH of the drinks looked like. If I order a $6 coffee, I expect the cup to be filled up all the way…

The baristas at this location have always been rude and now (as of recent) will NOT take re-usable cups simply because they don’t want to. I have been to more Starbucks locations that I can count and never have I been told that a barista just doesn’t want to use my re-usable cup. They told me further that I can just pour the drink that they make in a plastic cup into my reusable one. I bring my cup for lesser waste and this is not the solution. I would love to grocery shop and get my coffee in the same go, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I left and went to a location down the street that was able to accommodate.

When I went there this morning there was a guy behind the counter. I don't know if he was new or not it's been a while since I've been there. I asked him for a caramel ribbon crunch it normally comes cold but I asked me if he could make it hot and he said no. Not a big deal I guess other places can do their drinks hot and cold there should be a way. So I asked him to make something similar but in hot. He said he would make a caramel something and add in a few of the ingredients that the caramel ribbon crunch hats. I said cool he rang me up and I paid. As he's making the drink he looks over at me and says I just don't think they're going to like it. I'm going to make it how I would normally make it as a frappuccino but I'm going to try and make it hot but I don't think they're going to like it. So he changed up the drink order in the middle of making the drink and then inform me that we weren't going to like it. I asked for my money back and I took my business elsewhere. First time I've been there in a while last time I'll ever be back. It's extremely unprofessional to tell someone they're not going to like the drink that they ordered especially when they changed up the order in the middle of making the drink
