The staff at this store is the best! I don’t understand all the negative vibes towards hard working, genuine, caring and honest staff. Sometimes, it can make a big impact when you put yourself in another’s shoes before you stomp on their toes with bad reviews. They are not the reason you day is not going so well. Smile, say hi and pick your head up. You might be surprised what happens when you communicate instead of hate.
I made an online order for two hot drinks. The barista made one of them iced. OK no big deal, she was able to remake it hot. But then I get in the car and this is what BOTH of the drinks looked like. If I order a $6 coffee, I expect the cup to be filled up all the way…
They've always been nice at this location, sometimes a little rushed because they get more traffic than most locations in the area. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed as well, but I've yet to get a bad drink or snack from here! Some of the review for this place scream "customer is always right" mentality, which is super inconsiderate towards the people who work here.
