Great location - clean and cozy. The standout here making me write a review is the employees here are so genuinely friendly! A lot of Starbucks rush you through, understandably given how busy they can be, but here the employees don’t make you feel rushed while still being efficient and take the time to be friendly and inviting.

I’ve had a really rough day, and after going hours without eating, I was craving something comforting specifically a matcha latte. I came to this Starbucks and ordered a venti iced matcha latte with oat milk, two pumps of vanilla syrup, and extra strawberry cold foam, along with a double smoked bacon sandwich.
When I got to the window, I was handed a grande instead of a venti, it was made with classic syrup instead of vanilla, and there was no strawberry cold foam. When I mentioned the mistake, the barista told me, “Bro, that’s why I told you to check if I got your order correct.” I clarified again that it wasn’t what I ordered, but he still insisted I take it and told me to “check next time.”
I was too drained to argue, so I just took it and went home. Honestly, I couldn’t even drink it. I usually have a great experience at this location, but this was incredibly disappointing, especially given how much I was looking forward to that drink. Please do better.

I visited here for the first time. Only 1 scoop of boba was added when the site shows it should be 3 scoops for a venti when asked they said it was the standard and all other stores were doing it wrong.

My drink was 50% ice and I asked for it to be light... It was gone two minutes after leaving the drive thru. If I'm paying for a venti it should last a lot longer than that. I'm not paying for a cup full of ice. This is ridiculous.

Mmm I get a white chocolate mocha every day and this Starbucks makes it just right each visit
I've frequented this location around a dozen times in the past six months. The drive thru moves reasonably quickly, all things considered, but I have waited over 10 minutes before. My average wait time was half that, though. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. I will say two things, however: 1) I have placed an order, confirmed it at the intercom, and sat in line for 10 minutes only to be told at the window that they didn't have the food, and 2) there is no verification system for picking up food inside. I don't know if this is a company-wide issue as I've only gone to this location, to be fair, but when I last picked up an order another customer (Curly brown hair, early 20s, with a blonde early 20s girl driving an electric blue Kia Soul: buy your own food, sweetie!) had my food *in her hands* and threw it on the counter when she saw me coming. So, I would not recommend picking up food inside. Order at the counter or go through the drive thru unless you want some random girl try to steal your food.
