I like this Starbucks. I had a Caramel Frappuccino and a Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap and it tasted good. The music is very calming and they got my order right. Starbucks is the best. This server is named Ms. Michelle and she was very nice to me when I ordered my drink and burrito.

My mom almost GOT RAN OVER by their delivery Penske Truck of 18ft, they drove towards us full speed, bended to graze our car and the manager randomly approached us in the parking lot - without any store identification etc- with an entertained grin. Experienced the most traumatic thing in our lives today just to get coffee. An apology nor a warning - just a mockingly, grinning and watching us scream in horror in the car. Do better, be nicer, not cool to make fun of customers, especially as a manager!!! :(

My favorite Starbucks in town! They are always kind and move the line swiftly. Today was red cup day and I was hesitant to go in for my usual coffee because I expected a line and exhausted employees. Jasper helped us and was so nice and even took the time to make conversation! Speedy service, delicious holiday drink.

Today, I waited longer than usual for my mobile pick up order. When I asked Dylan to check he realized my drink was made Iced instead of warm like I ordered. He happily remade my drink and apologized for the inconvenience. Dylan was amazing and genuinely helpful. Thank you for your awesome customer service.

This is written for people like me who really would rather go to places where people are welcoming and kind. Even when people a rude, I just smile and leave. But I still hate the feeling of people being mean for no reason. It impacts me, and this is a warning for those who want to avoid places that leave you feeling off or down after you visit.I went in months ago for a drink and it took forever. No big deal. That’s normal at this location. Then when 20 minutes passed I politely asked where my drink was. They forgot, and the person who told me this seemed angry at me. They made it quickly, and wrong. So I apologized and asked them if they would mind making it iced, because I don’t drink hot coffee in the summer. My order did say iced, I checked, so I know it was an error on their part. The barista sighed loudly and made a big show about it. I probably should’ve been rude too, after that response, but I wasn’t. I just left. I avoided this location for a while after.Then I went back today, and I just won’t go back again. I placed a mobile order before leaving a store down the street, expecting the line to be long, as usual. I don’t mind waiting, I’m not an impatient person. I had an audiobook on and was ready to wait. Then there was only one car in front of me, and I was shocked. I told them I had a mobile order and they told me I placed it three minutes ago and they said they “always tell people” to place order ten minutes in advance. Again, I didn’t mind this. I’d never heard it before, and I’ve been using the app and placing mobile orders since the feature was created, but I’ve never been told that. If I had, I would’ve been taking the time into account. It wouldn’t have bothered by this if the barista giving me the drink didn’t mention it again and, in the most pretentious and aggressive customer service voice I’ve ever heard, said they “speed ran” my drink for me. This was after the car in front of me was there for at least five minutes. I know because of how long the audiobook was playing in my car, mind you. It felt weird, unnecessary, and rude. I just said thank you and drove away but I won’t be back. They talk to you like you’re a child. I’ve worked customer service for twelve years, food and retail, and it’s just not how you talk to people. I’m always uncomfortable in there and the atmosphere is so unwelcoming. I’m going to continue to go to the Starbucks on Teasley Lane. Everyone there is so kind. I get being in a hurry. I’m never going to be short or frustrated with people working hard during a rush. Ever. Because I’ve been there. But even when it’s busy, they’re so kind. The baristas at this location treat you like they’d rather you feel bad about choosing their store than leave feel either impartial or happy.I just can’t stand when people go out of their way to be rude. As a high-functioning autistic person, I go to places where people show kindness. I’m not comfortable saying what should be said sometimes. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

Usually the staff is really kind at this location but unfortunately that was not the case today. The girl working in the drive thru had no greeting just “one moment” and was overall really rude and rolled her eyes at the person in the car in front of me. she chose not to wear her name tag this day but she hat piercings and black hair. be weary!
