I always had good experience here. Today I had the worst experience. I ordered Mango dragon fruit. First she gave me the wrong drink. The mango was not even frozen. I told her add more ice. Her words this is how it comes. I had horrible experience today.

Approached the register to find staff who acted as though we were interrupting their conversation. Quite rude and unprofessional.
Starbucks is good for flavored and fancy coffee, but I prefer a good black coffee and I for that Starbucks is about as good but not better than most of the local coffee shops in my area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks is inside a Kroger food store which is has excellent wheelchair accessibility.

This was a new location for me because I don't come this far north often. I think in-store locations are to me the best, so I can take a break and go shopping for something I cannot find at Starbucks Coffee. Service was excellent and the Iced Lemon Pound Cake was delicious. The staff are nice here and the area seating was very clean and not too crowded at all.These are some of the best places for those who cannot get work done at home with the many distractions. This Starbucks Coffee is within walking distance of Wells Fargo Bank, AutoZone Auto Parts, Childcare Network, and across the street from Sprouts Farmers Market. I will for sure return when I'm in the area again. Thanks.
