This store is dirty and rude service. I get having restrooms locked to control people hanging out but if your going to only let paying customers use the bathroom then you should also allow door dashers to use them because their picking up paying customers orders. I think it’s ridiculous to have to purchase a cookie that is expensive to use a bathroom.

I’ve given this place one too many chances. They have failed on basically everything. Today I mobile ordered a 6” sandwich and was excited to see I was given a 12” one. Little did I know that half of the bread was raw/undercooked and completely inedible. I had to throw the whole sandwich away. Please do not go here. Their workers are always rude and their food sucks.

I walked in, excited to try the tuna salad wrap, but was advised by the employee that it was three-day-old tuna. The tuna was visibly old, dry, and unappetizing. If they’re willing to serve such old fish, I can’t imagine how old the rest of the vegetables are. Definitely won’t be coming back

I walked in today and immediately saw a sign that said "IM SICK" I asked the kid behind the counter who was sick and he said he was. First of all the kid had no mask on, Secondly why is there someone who is handling other people's FOOD, at work SICK. Just gross. I walked out. This is a repeated issue with this location who never seems to have adequate staffing not to mention terrible customer service. Do better, please.

You should think twice before eating here. They have terrible customer service and don’t do their best to provide fresh food. I went in to get a sandwich for my husband and since there was only brown lettuce, I requested fresh lettuce. They said no they couldn’t get fresh lettuce until all the lettuce they had out was sold. I chose not to get brown lettuce for my husband’s sandwich. It should not be acceptable to serve food that’s not fresh and inedible like brown lettuce. The “manager“ was rude and disrespectful. It’s sad to me that customer service is so awful. I tried to call the “owner“ of the store but did not get an answer or a call back, which isn’t surprising considering the level of customer service that is provided at the store. There are way too many other places that would go out of their way to provide fresh food. Also, I will choose to take my business somewhere else that appreciates the customers and does their best to take care of them.

Ordered 6 sandwiches and every single order was messed up and when called lady on the phone had a attitude and told us it’s our fault and they didn’t have the things we ordered so we got what we got. WORST FOOD AND SERVICE
