I waited for a sandwich, and it honestly didn’t take too long for them to get to my order, but I could tell it was chaotic the moment I walked in there. They didn’t have any meat or veggies ready. Nonetheless, they made my sandwich, and when they started putting the veggies on, I noticed that the olives looked nasty.. when I mentioned it, the worker said “oh.. I guess we dropped some steak in it.”
I was just over the whole experience because the person making my sandwich seemed very frustrated with their coworkers and was not very nice to an UberEats/DoorDash worker. I said “nevermind”, and walked out. I then heard them say “we should still make her pay”

Pay for what??? A nasty sandwich that’s a screaming health code violation? From a lady that was sweeping before making my sandwich. She didn’t even wash her hands lmfao pay for what? This location has went downhill since it became 24/7

I made my order through the app today and my husband went to pick up. He was given the wrong foot long sub and the correct 6 inch. When he returned with our sandwiches we realized mine was wrong and it’s unfortunately not anything I can eat. I’m an easygoing person. I called the restaurant believing they’d be willing to make this mistake on their part- right- unfortunately Sandra the OWNER did not and refused to refund the order unless we could come back (this did not fit with our plans for the day as we’d already driven too far away to turn back.) They put the OWNER on the phone who immediately said “your sandwich was correct because I made it!” I assured her that no, my footlong was wrong but our 6 inch was correct. She was very defensive and still refused to refund even the part of the order that was incorrect unless we turned around (which as stated was unfortunately not an option with our schedule today) This is the nearest subway to our home and the one we usually go to without issue. However- We will make sure that in the future we go to a different location who will maybe care more about their loyal customers and be able to make it right when they make a mistake. Do better, Sandra. Y’all make sure your sandwich is right before you leave the store- or chose another subway.

Ordered a foot long BMT online and received a 6 inch veggie sandwhich. It's clear to me that "Seth", "April", "Hunter", and whoever else do not care enough about your orders to even bother giving you the right bread. I was robbed of my money and my meal.

If i could give this a 0 stars i would i ordered 2 sandwiches a bbq chicken and when i bit into it it had a bitter taste i spit it out and it turns out there was a huge black bug in it. I will not be eating here anymore . I cut the antenas off with my knife im disgusted at the fact i almost ate that

Two nights ago, I bought a ft.long meatball sub. It was the worst sub I've ever eaten. The meatballs were like cardboard, couldn't chew the meat, it had no flavor. It's not cheap either. It's the last time I'll buy a sandwich here.

Restaurant was empty at 11:00 PM. I did at the counter in front of the guy making sandwiches and he didn't acknowledge me. I told him, "I'm ready to order." He looked at me and showed me a couple of slips of paper and made a "duh" face. I said, "I'm here now and ready to order." He heavily sighed and said, "Uh, we make them in the order they were placed." and went back to making the other orders. Another person came from the back just as I was turning to leave and asked what she could make for me. The sandwich ended up being typical Subway so nothing spectacular but at least the second young lady recognized the in-person customer needed serving.

My meal was great…But i will say, the lady working their during the night time has a MEAN attitude, No professionalism whatsoever, that is not how servicing should be, Seemed like she was miserable at work, Just an overall bad look to walk in and see . Rude to fellow employees, customers shouldn’t have to see or hear that .
