Very rude and unprofessional employees at this location. I couldn’t even tell the lady that was making my sandwich what I wanted on it with out the lady checking me out trying to ask me if I wanted a drink or chips at the same time, cutting me off and both expecting me to answer at the same time. Then when I started to get frustrated the check out girl had to nerve to tell me to not get an attitude, like I’m sorry you’re at work. To talk to and treat customers like that is so weird. A much deserved attitude was definitely given where it needed to be. Please learn how to provided good costumer service if you’re going to be working with people.

Had to rate a one star, not sure why it takes over an hour to make my sandwich. Maybe the employees need a raise to work fasterEdit: got my refund on DoorDash. Still can’t believe I ordered my ONE sandwich at 5:00pm and 5:47pm they’re still “preparing my order”. Had two different dashers waiting at the subway before I cancelled the order. Not only wasted my time but also the dashers that thought they were waiting for a quick sandwich. No way someone is in queue for an hour at subway. Unless the person before me ordered 100 sandwiches, they were probably taking all the in person orders before making mine. Yeah not ordering from here again !

Disappointing Experience with Subway OrderI recently placed an order with Subway in the evening, and unfortunately, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. From the moment I stepped in, the staff member exhibited a shockingly rude attitude towards customers, lacking the basic courtesy one expects in a service industry.While there were no issues with the assembly of the order, the ingredients were haphazardly thrown together, resulting in a messy and unappealing presentation. It became evident that the staff member had no patience when it came to listening to ingredient requests, which is crucial for a customizable menu like Subway's.To add insult to injury, when we clarified our order, the staff member unjustly accused us of taking multiple packets of chips, despite us only taking one. Despite providing proof, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the mistake.Overall, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by the staff member tarnished what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. I sincerely hope that Subway addresses these issues to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment in the future.

So my wife and I ordered a pickup order through the app, we each got a footlong and my wife also got a bag of chips and a cookie. So upon picking up the order I was greeted with off-putting service and after I got to the car I found the chips and cookie were missing. I went back in to get them and was given more weird attitude. Well after getting home and unwrapping our sandwiches my wife and I were both disappointed to find our sandwiches to be super messy and made incorrect. Specifically my sandwich was not toasted, had banana peppers and spinach (both of which I didn’t order), it was absolutely drenched in the dressing (it was soaking through the wrapping) and the way the ingredients were spread out on the sandwich was borderline disrespectful. My wife’s sandwich had the wrong condiment (dripping in the dressing as mine except she didn’t even order that dressing) and it wasn’t even fully wrapped! There was lettuce and stuff falling out as she pulled it out of the bag. So I took the sandwiches back and asked if I could have them remade (we each had only taken a single bite). I was given the same bad attitude, but they did agree to remake them. So this time I got to watch the sandwiches get thrown together in front of me as fast as this person could do it despite me being the only person in the store. I got 6 total slices of pepperoni on my sandwich and 4 of them are in a stack. My wife had to reassemble her sandwich after we got home. I’m not the type to complain or even leave reviews, but I was compelled to today because of how ridiculous this ordeal was. I will never go to this subway location again.

i placed a mobile order and waited an HOUR AND A HALF for two sandwiches that the app said were ready when i left my home. there were three non-mobile order customers in the store at most when i arrived. any of the other mobile orderers who spoke up about the wait times were rudely shut down by the older gentleman working. i am not normally a person to leave a review, but this situation genuinely frustrated me. i understand that this store may have staffing issues, but still. the food itself was fine, even though it wasn't what i ordered (at that point, i was more than over it), and the restaurant was clean enough. however, the woman working very clearly wiped sweat from her forehead and was on her phone without changing her gloves before continuing to make sandwiches, which was concerning, to say the least.

Blonde hair lady Christina very rude. Door was locked at 9 and she blames me it was open. Even if it was she seen me struggling it’s cold outside windy and she then opens it after 5 min saying it’s been open and tells me she matches energy. Like what. No good customer service. Then she has audacity to tell me she’s on phone with supervisor. Interesting she put up with that as a supervisor customer service should always come first. But whatever not my business to run. I’m sure subway won’t be open long the way they treat people. Good day.

Girl in pink hair was extremely rude, she kept rolling her eyes , even said go sit down like excuse me ? I'm waiting for my order . I didn't even say anything I walked out but seriously who is the manager here who hired her . I walk in to order my food and spend my money and I get someone who is catching an attitude rolling eyes and then tells me to go sit down ? There was no one even there I can stand if I feel comfortable. Gosh and the rest of the girls are just gossiping about customers who left like wow so immature .

Was absolutely upset after not having my sandwich toasted and greeted with “What do you want” wasn’t asked for that option, but others were asked. This is very upsetting Subway. Please do a better job with training your employees good attitude and service. Thank you.

My boyfriend went into the store and was greeted by a gentleman who was the only one working. (he came in on Saturday at 1:40am). one of the staff members was sitting at a table with another person and was whispering under her breath and he could tell it was about us being there. She said things like "The types of people coming into subway at 1am" and also said "I don't know why we are all here when it takes one person to make a sandwich" when there is plenty to help out with. I work in the food industry and know it isn't fair that one person is doing all the work while the other is getting paid to sit on her butt and talk bad about the people coming in. We come to this subway all the time and didn't appreciate the comments that were made. Thank you to the gentleman who made our sandwiches perfectly.
