07/02/2025 .I have really bad service oraund 2:30pm with a lady have bad attitude and she have a glasses and she is short plus she charge me $12 over charge for the full sandwich I was really disappointed I won't recommend this subway.

Placed an order on the app for pickup and they put literally zero toppings on the subs. It's like they just saw the name of the sandwich ordered and made it as it comes, ignoring the extras I paid for like pepperoni and bacon and zero vegetables or sauces. I called and the manager refused a refund, even though I didn't get the extras I paid for or literally any toppings. So make sure you check your subs before leaving!
When I went in, there was one lady working and she was the rudest lady I have ever heard of in my life. I have never been taunted or cuss that by somebody this is ridiculous. I just had to walk out and not order my food all because I asked how long cookies would make well I can just put them in a bag and have them crumble all up for you Just rude

I ordered my husband a meal online using my account. I sent him screenshots of the order with the order number and they gave him attitude just because they didn't see a name on the screenshot even though the order number is there. Then he asked to exchange chips and they also gave him attitude with that yet with other people of another race they were happy to attend. What is up with that ... Definitely not a place to go to if you want great customer service.

I had placed an online order and when I got home I realized a piece was missing. I went back to the store and was immediately helped and apologized to by an older gentleman and young man. They made sure to make the item however I wanted and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be coming back
