Placed an order on the app for pickup and they put literally zero toppings on the subs. It's like they just saw the name of the sandwich ordered and made it as it comes, ignoring the extras I paid for like pepperoni and bacon and zero vegetables or sauces. I called and the manager refused a refund, even though I didn't get the extras I paid for or literally any toppings. So make sure you check your subs before leaving!

When I went in, there was one lady working and she was the rudest lady I have ever heard of in my life. I have never been taunted or cuss that by somebody this is ridiculous. I just had to walk out and not order my food all because I asked how long cookies would make well I can just put them in a bag and have them crumble all up for you Just rude

I ordered my husband a meal online using my account. I sent him screenshots of the order with the order number and they gave him attitude just because they didn't see a name on the screenshot even though the order number is there. Then he asked to exchange chips and they also gave him attitude with that yet with other people of another race they were happy to attend. What is up with that ... Definitely not a place to go to if you want great customer service.

I had placed an online order and when I got home I realized a piece was missing. I went back to the store and was immediately helped and apologized to by an older gentleman and young man. They made sure to make the item however I wanted and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be coming back

this will be my last time ever going back to subway in Denton. I have been to this location many many times and I always get treated awful here. Diana was very rude and snappy. She has an awful attitude. after I saw how rude she was being I definitely wish I would have just canceled the whole entire order and left.

My roommate bought me a chicken terriyaki footlong sandwich. I ate half and it had no flavor with spinach leaves that were wilted and gross. Added were pepperconis and cucumber. Hardly any sauce on the food. Never again.

Both of the women working this day were so friendly and accommodating. We were on a road trip, stopped to get lunch and dinner for the road so we wouldn’t have to stop. Before we could ask they wanted to know how we wanted them wrapped to eat at 2 different times, offered to put my avocado in a separate container so the bread didn’t get soggy, toasted 1/2 of mine. You never know what you’ll get at a fast food place. On this day the girls went out of their way to make us happy and then wishes us well on our way out.
