Food always good cause I order to my likes. Service was ok but waited a long time because only one worker and many orders going on.

okay, this isn’t about the subway itself, i guess it could be, but i’m not blaming them whatsoever, i just want to warn anyone who actually looks at reviews, that spicy meatball sub, it gave me major food poisoning! i was at work & it HIT me like a truck, the most unimaginable stomach pain. i was sweating bullets on the toilet, trash can in front of me, puking. BOTH ends. i passed out because the pain was so bad, my hands and legs went numb. i had chills from head to toe? AWFUL experience. moral of the story, just be careful what you eat guys! it could be something so simple, something made completely normal & STILL it’ll sneak up on you. stay safe out there<3

Got over charged for a regular Meatball Marinara $12.44 <--- total and they call it "The boss" which is a rip off to the customer and I wouldn't recommend this location and go else where!!!

Don’t like how it’s 24 hours but closed inside! I like to see my sandwich prepared. Also, when you do go on the inside it’s a covering over meat so you can’t see that they don’t put the extra meat that you pay for on the sandwich.

I ordered home style chicken salad wrap with extra mayo and chicken protein bowl but the wrap had no salad in it and the bread was stale and avacado in the protein bowl was spoiled and tasted bitter. Later when I asked about the salad wrap they provided me with stale salad with some spilled mayo. I suggest them to train the employees more professional with taking an order and making it the way customer asked. 0/5 stars. I appreciate the new employee for her patience and politeness.

I’ve been to this location twice now. First time was excellent. The health inspector came in during my visit and gave an excellent review. The gentleman helping me was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. This second visit was a MUCH different experience. The lady helping me was cross contaminating everything, very inefficient. On top of that, I found 3 hairs in my sandwich. Each one longer than the next. So grossed out and let down by this experience I will not go back unfortunately. Love a good subway sandwich but the contrast in service is disappointing and I’m not willing to take the chance at finding 3 hairs in my food again.

This has to be hands down the WORST Subway experience I've had ever! And I eat a lot of subway. I arrive early to pick up my order so waiting is expected.....HOWEVER the order was to be ready at 12:55am. After I waited 15 mins for a turkey sub and a steak and cheese. These are everyday menu items ( and there is NO ONE ELSE THERE). Since no one ever came to the window after the speaker, I politely drive back to the speaker. I'm immediately greeted by the same lady. I ask "Hey is everything alright in there?" You would think I said something horrible bc the "why" i got was dry and rude and you heard every ounce of annoyance. So I quickly replied that it doesn't take 15 mins for a turkey sandwich. At this point, the lady barks at me that I didn't order a turkey sandwich. (Still just meet at the store) I tell her again I'm waiting for an order. At this point she yells at me that I haven't been waiting 15 mins and I can "leave and have someone else get the order or I can come back to the window and wait patiently ." And turned off the speaker!!! At this point it's a waste of my time and money to leave. When she finally comes to the window, she literally sticks the bag out of the window and tells me I'm not her only order and slams the window shut! No hi, no thank you. No sorry abt the wait. I'm livid now. I drive back to speaker, same lady greets me. I politely ask for the name of the manager at the store. She responds, "I am the manager!" After a few seconds I ask her if she plans on answering my question. I have repeat again can I have the managers name?. She yells at me, my name is Kerri! Best to drive away.
I'm sorry but I've been eating subway for decades and I have never ever come across a more rude and clearly hating their job person than this Kerri claiming to be the manager, but with those people skills I seriously doubt anyone would put Ms Kerri in any kind of leadership role. I wouldn't and I'm a customer service and collections trainer. Kerri would not have graduated my class I know that much. Terrible terrible service and customer experience. Especially since I was never rude or raised my voice. Shame one person can ruin it for a long standing customer....at least 20-25yrs and this is the 1st time I ever experienced this. Subway needs to remove her immediately and retrain her and teach her some soft skills manager or team member she needs to be kept away from your customers before she runs off the entire city of Denton and everything around it!
I can't comment on anything else bc this experience was horrific. I know if I do go back to this store, if Ms. Kerri answers the speaker, IM GONE ✌?

We ordered 4 subs. NONE of them were made right. 3 of them were missing cheese, 3 of them were missing olives and 1 is missing banana peppers. This is my second time ordering online for this subway and the second time my order was wrong.

This location has a drive through and the first time I went the employees didn’t acknowledge the drive thru so I ended up going inside thinking there was a malfunction. There wasn’t and they just didn’t want to take drive thru orders. The second time I went around through the drive thru again and same thing, I ended up going inside and the employee told us there was no more bread but another customer was leaving and stated she saw an entire rack of bread put away and another employee telling the other to not make anymore since they were about to close (it was 6pm so it was not even closing time.) The third time I came in, I was told they did not have an order under my name. I showed the online receipt with store/order information and then the employee said he must’ve given it to someone else. He then asked the other employee if he had to remake the food (duh??). All three times weren’t back to back so I gave it a try but the employees at this location suck

Ordered online for me to pick-up, food was ready when I got there, Ordered some cookies as we forgot to order them. When I got home there were no cookies in the bag, the bread was stale and very little meat I had ordered the club.

The staff at this location is totally unmatched. Carrie is patient and honest, with a wonderful attention to detail and a great sense of humor, and helped us navigate applying the deals in much more human and welcoming way than the app could. Made me and my partner’s night much better, especially with the absolutely phenomenal subs- even better than the reliable, dependable Subway fare. Would give six stars if I could for a relaxing and wonderful dinner. ❤️

I eat here almost every night. I love the people! They make the experience so much better. They make great subs, and have good conversations. I love eating here. My only complaint is that the run out of things a lot. On the other hand they did start making the jalapeño bread and honey oat wheat again. Keep up the good work guys!
