I had called this location around 9:15pm and spoke with I believe her name was (Charla or Sharla) I had explained that I was trying to make a custom sandwich on the apps and DoorDash and it wasn’t letting me, I wanted it a very specific way (pregnancy cravings ya know) and when I say she nailed it spot on! I appreciate her making this sandwich exactly the way I was imagining and will definitely be coming back to this location!!

I waited literally for over 30 minutes i walked in and was told lobby was closed so i went to the drive thru i ordered with the girl and waited patiently i was asked to wait longer because she needed to do something with the bread or she was gonna run out i waited again i paid and got home the sandwiches were not made how i asked none had the avocado i asked for and the sandwich was so small as if ingredients were running low i will definitely not go back to this one again i called and told her it didn't have what i asked for and her response was ohhhhhh ...definitely not again

If you only see one person working please stay away from there my order took 30 minutes to get prepared and it was awful he didn’t change those gloves not once he even went to open the bathroom for someone it was bad

At this time with flys being so active and common, the bread and everything else should be covered at all times.
I came by and noticed there was a fly inside with the bread and the door was just open. There’s bread sitting out in the open as well.
I prefer my food without the risk of fly eggs being on it.
I did see it before ordering, and chose to go elsewhere.

It seems like this place never has drinks stocked. This place has been alright before, on occasion, but tonight when I got food from there (and this isn’t the first time this has happened) both of my sandwiches are incorrect and missing ingredients (mobile order) I was missing a cookie out of my bag, they gave me the wrong chips and drinks. I asked for the right stuff, they said they were out of everything (so naturally just give me all the wrong stuff right?) and he refused to refund the incorrect items since he couldn’t give me the right ones. This will be the last time I buy from this location, the convenience of the drive through is paired with the disappointment of never having your order correct.

I ordered food from here and was leaving realized that my order wasn’t right so I went back in to tell her that my order wasn’t right and she had an attitude told me she wasn’t fixing my food and that she wasn’t giving my money back so I left there with no food and couldn’t get my money back so now I’m just waiting for my bank sad case that a person will take your money. She was mad because she didn’t have no workers to come in and was complaining and the worker finally came in late. Didn’t have a clue what was going on and she told him not to talk to us. I had to call the police on her. She told her coworker to Shut upand he look like he was scared to death of her and just from the sound of her voice. She told my daughter she would whoop her A blank and she wasn’t refunding my money just a total mess. I was sick and explaining to her i just needed my food fixed correctly but no she refused and said I guess u just take a loss. Never will I ever go back to this place again.
My daughter and I went in the store to order out and because I questioned my total for our order that was incorrect, I was cursed out by the worker and was told to get out his store.
Food always good cause I order to my likes. Service was ok but waited a long time because only one worker and many orders going on.

Update: the last few times it's been really good. They had a bad run a few years back, but it's a nice comeback
I don’t know why Joseph was working the dinner shift alone, but he was absolutely amazing! Not only was he friendly and polite, he was quick with his work. I’m sure he could use some help during those hours - he had us, a walk-in for takeout, but he was also working on at least 1-2 online orders when we came in! He didn’t once give myself or my partner attitude when I asked what the meats were (I forgot my glasses and couldn’t tell which chicken was what) and my partner was asking for side cups of toppings - Joseph kept a professional and helpful attitude throughout our interaction and, because of him, we’ll be returning to this location specifically whenever we crave a decent sub for an affordable price!
