Worker seemed uninterested in serving us- we had to speak to him first. Even tho I was telling him the exact ingredients and amounts, he did the bare minimum. I left with an unfulfilling sandwich and a subpar experience. I left a tip because of who I am. I've been a loyal subway consumer for over 25 years and I refuse to let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I just won't go back to this location.

My experience was horrible walked in my husband and I in which there was a young lady named MAY. She never acknowledged us looked up and started doing another order still never said I will be with you anything I’m assuming since my husband and I are black is the reason as to why she couldn’t simply speak acknowledge them another customer walks in when she just finishing order she slides her head over and jumps quickly to speak to another lady though then asked us what we want. I told her nothing at this point I will never ever visit this location again seeing that there is a racist in the building I won’t be disrespected by any means especially when someone looks me in my eyes and still won’t speak then rudely asked us what want! THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

My husband and I met for lunch and requested the free Gatorade however the lady at the register refused to provide it after he bought 2 sandwich meals. I had previously came from a different subway location and they had great customer service where they actually offered the free Gatorade with my meal. The lady here was extremely rude, unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. I will never spend my money or time there again. Think twice.

Haven'tbeen to subway in years. Today i tried it again and was verydisappointed. I had the #40 wrap. And they didn't even know how to make the wrap for starters. It was falling apart and she used her hand to scrape the ingredients into the other side with her old gloves. Completely unsanitary. The cookies were as hard as a rock. Paid for 3 meals, and none of them were good. The entire meal was a letdown and I couldn't even finish the wrap. 4 bites and I was done and still hungry.

First visit to this location. When it was my turn in line, sandwich artist didn’t acknowledge me, she continued to talk passed me over the barrier to a customer that was sitting eating his sandwich. Then some guy walked in and she acknowledged him and ran to the back to get him something. Then she came back and acknowledged me and was friendly and started working on my order.My sandwich was ok. I also ordered 2 cookies, an oatmeal raisin and a double chocolate. She gave me macadamia nut instead of oatmeal raisin and the chocolate cookie was hard and stale like a chips ahoy cookie. I still ate them because today I can have sweets and my sweet tooth was ferocious.

Sloppy & wayyy too much Mayo and Mustard considering I specifically ordered ā€œLESSā€ on both. Not to mention the bread was also incorrect. I definitely recommend actually reading your customers orders, LOL.

my grandma usually uses her mailers coupons here in store and sometimes through pickup through the app, last time she went recently i found out this location no longer honors coupons. Bummer since this one is close to her, what’s the point of being given coupons if you can’t honor any of them? also last time we waited for her order for over 20 minutes, only 1 person in the front. watched a young kid spend 20 minutes making 2 sandwiches. management should employ more people and not be cheap to afford an extra worker to help so they’re not doing it all by themselves and also having customers wait so long, like why put a new hire on the line all alone? what sense in that?

I’ve had very poor experiences at this Subway. Most of the staff have no idea what they are doing and always make the order wrong or charge extra for things I didn’t get. Today I went in (Jan 24) and the employee didn’t even know how to make my order so he told me ā€œdon’t order this because I know I’ll make it wrong for my first time.ā€ The funny thing is what I wanted is a pizza which you literally stick in the oven for 45 seconds. I’ve seen them do it before lol. Because of this I just left with after going out of my way to come here. Also, a time before this, another female employee who was the more professional employee I’ve spoken to told me about how this Subway has very unprofessional management and this is an unsafe atmosphere for female employees, especially at night. I would avoid going to this Subway unless you want to pay more for a wrong order. Hopefully Auntie Anne’s buys out subway sooner than later.. As a side note there is always only one employee working and they make one staff member close by themselves.

Curbside order 12/28/23 @3 PM. Waited over 12 minutes. Went inside and the young chick with curly hair had no greeting, turned her back to me after the other customers left, then I asked about curbside order as I waiting I outside over 12 mins and she rude then said it's on the rack.. When asked about delivering outside for curbside she was rude again and said "no one told me to do that so no".. Got back to our hotel (family of 7 & running around to get food from different locations as we drive through Denton from Florida) and cookies were incorrect flavors and missing our bottled Coke which was $3.19. (Yes, both are in stock as I went inside.) The rudeness/customer service gave this location it's rating. First impression from out of town compared to most is not great although location was convenient. I would much rather have picked up from the hospital where we accidentally placed our original order; that location was very nice on the phone. Would be nice to be refunded our bottled Coke. If the customer service were on point, I wouldn't care so much about a missing item.
