It was very difficult to find this Subway.
They were out of tuna, avocado and limited on veggies. The worker tried his best.

He don’t even say I will help you in a minute or nothing like the other guys
This guy i just came in he look at me angry and I was just trying to pick up my order
He didn’t say nothing after 5 minutes I just tell him i coming to pick up my order
All mad he just say take a sit I was like dude that’s not the way you talk to a customer
He give my order without say any word for real I understand you are working but trying to change the way you are talking to the customer maybe you are having a bad day but that’s not the way to be mad with another persons

I really wasn't going to even write this review, but I think I should because the customer service here is overall TERRIBLE. It is a man that works there that lies and says they don't make items, that are posted up on the mounted menu. He does this because he doesn't know how to make them or doesn't want to. A lot of the staff don't wash their hands (I had to tell a staff member to wash their hands). I have tried to give this place a few chances because it’s right by my job, unfortunately it gets worse every time.

I made an order online this weekend at this store, and went to order again online at a different store. The order went through to this store. I immediately called to cancel the order. I called 12 times and nobody picked up. The voicemail is full and it is impossible to contact this store.

Manager yelled at me for standing in line. Told me my sandwich wasn’t ready and to sit down. I waited 10 minutes, went out to get my phone to verify I placed my order. When I came back in and waited a couple of minutes longer, he finally asked me my name. He then goes over to the counter where he was standing when I first entered the store and handed me the sandwich that had been setting there the whole time (15 minutes). So by then my bread was soggy from the vinaigrette. I have tried calling the number for concerns or comments on my receipt many times but no answer and no call back either.

Subway @ Mayhill Road. Courtney was very rude as soon as I walked in. Didn’t say hello or welcome , just said “sit down your order is not ready”. Actually it was sorta yelled at me like I was in the wrong for walking in the door. Didn’t even ask who the order was for. Guess what, it was ready and he made me wait over 10 minutes. I asked him who I could complain to and he said he was the manager. How’s that for customer service!
Came in today. Waited patiently. Then was told another coworker would finish my sandwich. That other coworker came in from outside and very clearly didn’t wash his hands and started working on the other peoples sandwiches. I just walked out.

Not sure why I bother ordering through the app because it is NEVER ready when it is supposed to be. Yet again today, supposed to be ready at 5:40 and it wasn’t even started until I arrived. Also dead the whole time I waited.

Food is your normal subway food. But shows up on your credit card bill are merely "store" which is so sketchy 😅

Worker seemed uninterested in serving us- we had to speak to him first. Even tho I was telling him the exact ingredients and amounts, he did the bare minimum. I left with an unfulfilling sandwich and a subpar experience. I left a tip because of who I am. I've been a loyal subway consumer for over 25 years and I refuse to let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I just won't go back to this location.
