This is the best sushi in Denton, TX, and probably the surrounding areas, as well! My husband and I keep coming back because the food is spectacular and the chefs and servers are accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, fresh sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. My favorite roll is the Flamingo. Please go try it!

We've been coming to this restaurant at least once a month and always have a fantastic experience. The ambiance is inviting, and the service is top-notch. Our go-to order includes the red dragon roll, salmon sashimi, tuna belly sushi, and miso soup—plus we love trying at least one new item each visit. The oysters are incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious, the salmon collar is outstanding, and the sweet shrimp sushi is always a treat. Highly recommend!

I picked up the Salmon Poke bowl today and although that taste was great it was not worth $20. The bowl was 95% rice with only 6 small peices of salmon. It also had an insane amount of fried red onion. I was defiently disappointed. The atmosphere was super cute though!

The best sushi in Denton by far. The Franky Roll is particularly delicious and - I think - unique to Motto. Recommended.

A true hidden gem in the DFW area! My family is Japanese so I'm a bit of a sushi snob and this is by far the best quality sushi in all of Denton and surrounding areas. The carpaccio and fusion sushi are to die for.! My family loves coming here!
