This place is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to, they can barley take an order, gave me the complete wrong order and the food itself looked awful, it wasn't even busy they just don't care and i've tried giving it a chance but every time it's the same horrible quality

Not to happy with this taco bell in specific, everytime I go to this taco bell something is always messed up. Today 11/21/25 I picked up a mobile order and I also placed another order for myself separately. I asked for the luxe cravings box and also asked for the chicken chalupa to be switched to a beef on with no tomatoes. I open the wrapper and guess what, chicken chalupa... Or the day before today I ordered the same exact box with the same exact modifications. Chicken chalupa was supposed to be beef which is was but I also stated no tomatos and got tomatoes, I also asked for extra nacho cheese and was charged but guess what? No extra cheese.. could go on but this taco bell in specific needs to SLOW DOWN and read the orders. Cashier's are great they get the order correct but whoever makes the food needs to slow it down and read... I know I'm not the only one because I came in to order and immediately two people came back in stating something was missing or wrong in there order... Do better.

Absolutely horrible. I did not get at all what I ordered. I had a large order and my customizations were not fulfilled and food was dry… no sauces. Will not be returning to this location and very disappointed in how my experience was. My order number was 52e1a5.

Came here today for some tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Everything came out great although if you get the doritos locos taco don't add potatoes that was my mistake. Anyways had great service by everyone but wanted to shout out Ricardo he had such a great attitude and really showed how much he cares about the people who come in. First thing was greeting me. Even tho I really only use the machines when coming in he still made sure everything was good with me AND THE PEOPLE AROUND ME. Haven't seen that from a taco bell in a very long time. I thank you Ricardo and everyone else on this team for my great service and hope this message finds everyone well.

I guess these are not the nacho fries i have been eating for years in the tacobell If you guys are out of nacho fries just say you are out of it but this is unacceptable I didn’t even checked before leaving cause i have a trust on you guys but from next time i will And every one please check what’s in the bag

My boyfriend picked me up dinner to be sweet since I have been stuck in bed sick. He ordered me what I always order a supreme Doritos taco, a cheesy double beef burrito add avocado ranch and 2 cinnamon twists (snacks for later). My boyfriend was asked to repeat the order 3 times and was asked at the window to confirm the order.. he brings it home there’s Cinnabon bites which are absolutely disgusting, burrito had no avocado ranch on the receipt it charged for guacamole… there wasn’t even guacamole on it, no crunchy strips, my taco had no sour cream and was busted apart to the point I needed a fork to eat it. So pretty much the only thing they got right was the side of nacho cheese and the mild sauce. Very disappointed in paying 12$ for a meal that wasn’t what we ordered in the slightest. Do better Taco Bell. ☹️

Poor service, i ordered a $7 luxe box (chicken chalupa supreme, 5 layer burrito & crunchy taco box) instead they gave me a chicken quesadilla with no sauce in it. Barely any cheese. Basically just a plain tortilla. And one hard taco. No burrito. I also ordered two spicy potato taco and two double decker tacos which i did get but the potatoes were old and had little to no sauce and the double decker tacos which had no cheese inbetween the tortillas. $17 and some change for a completely wrong meal and nothing made right at all.
