This is the worst Taco Bell in Denton. Every time I come I hear, my order is either wrong or takes 30min+ to receive. The service here is great but there is ALWAYS an issue with my order.

Atmosphere was good but they skimped like crazy on the fillings like that they’re allergic to the fillings. My 5-layer burrito was basically 5 layers of a tortilla with a bit of bean and cheese. Same thing with my gordita crunch

Food was uncooked even yet waiting over 1.5 hours for just fries, a chalupa, and a side. Service was horrible, nobody looked like they knew what they were doing. Atmosphere was horrible. Everyone waiting over an hour for food

The food was decent, however I would give 1 star for service if it wasn’t for the lady (she may have been a manager) I spoke to when I voiced my issue. I ordered 4 items from this location via drive through. When I got to the window, the boy who was handling payments opened the window and literally just stared at me. Me, waiting for him to tell him my total, after several moments he finally opened his mouth to tell me my total, and when I handed him a $20, be promptly took the cash from my hand and closed the window. He then handed me my change, did not count it back to me, and handed me my order. I told him thank you, and he shut the window. I made the drive all the way home, sat down to eat my meal to notice all of my items were incorrect. I checked my receipt thinking they may have heard me incorrectly at the drive through, however my receipt was exactly what I ordered. I then drove all the way back to this location and voiced the issue with my order, the lady working the intercom was very polite and asked me to pull forward so that they can correct my order. I spoke with her at the window, she was VERY nice (I wish I had gotten her name), and then proceeded to the back to fix my order. After a short time, the boy who I had interacted with the first time around opened the window, handed me the bag, then quickly shut the door. I understand some people are not as vocal, but service wise, he needs to be in the kitchen where he doesn’t engage with the public.

Waited over an hour just for half my order to be missing. I ordered two soft potato tacos and chips and cheese dip and did not receive the chips and cheese dip. Line was wrapped around the building to go back through and the lobby was closed so no way of getting the rest of my order.

I ordered an uber eats order at around 11:30pm, and it was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes. The store took an hour and a half to make TWO TACOS AND A CHEESE ROLL UP. I had to stay up until 1am so I could get a refund. There’s no excuse for taking that long to make two tacos and a cheese roll up. Ridiculous.

Do you have the Nacho Fry Pass? Doesn’t matter they don’t keep fries in stock! Now the first time they were out they replaced the fries we would get with a cheap burrito or taco. Now there’s some attitude having employees who couldn’t care less about another person or their concerns and basically said ‘not my problem’ over and over. The both of them will now be getting some lovely reviews sent to Taco Bell corporate about their non existent customer service.

you’re telling me i can’t find a job in denton but the worker here can yell “standing there isn’t gonna make us go any faster” without having previously acknowledged us to me and the other random people who came back because they messed up our orders 😭 that was crazy that was my first (and last) time at taco bell
