My boyfriend picked me up dinner to be sweet since I have been stuck in bed sick. He ordered me what I always order a supreme Doritos taco, a cheesy double beef burrito add avocado ranch and 2 cinnamon twists (snacks for later). My boyfriend was asked to repeat the order 3 times and was asked at the window to confirm the order.. he brings it home there’s Cinnabon bites which are absolutely disgusting, burrito had no avocado ranch on the receipt it charged for guacamole… there wasn’t even guacamole on it, no crunchy strips, my taco had no sour cream and was busted apart to the point I needed a fork to eat it. So pretty much the only thing they got right was the side of nacho cheese and the mild sauce. Very disappointed in paying 12$ for a meal that wasn’t what we ordered in the slightest.
Do better Taco Bell. ☹️

Poor service, i ordered a $7 luxe box (chicken chalupa supreme, 5 layer burrito & crunchy taco box) instead they gave me a chicken quesadilla with no sauce in it. Barely any cheese. Basically just a plain tortilla. And one hard taco. No burrito. I also ordered two spicy potato taco and two double decker tacos which i did get but the potatoes were old and had little to no sauce and the double decker tacos which had no cheese inbetween the tortillas. $17 and some change for a completely wrong meal and nothing made right at all.
Very friendly staff. The food was great, and the inside of the store was nice and clean.

Every time I come here my food is lacking in ingredients. My crunchwrap had barely any meat and it was all crammed in one corner and there was no queso at all, it was mostly sour cream and lettuce and tortilla. I’ve ordered burritos in the past and it was similar; barely any cheese and all the beans sitting at the bottom of the burrito. I don’t recommend this location

The restaurant is supposed to be open until 5am. When the it is open I expect the doors to the restaurant to be unlocked. I don't like using the drive thru. I will not be going to this store again. 5am means that's when you lock the doors not before.

Every time I ask them, I want a hot tulupa, so I get tulupa's in a warm all the time, like a soft taco. They're not crunchy, the meat, they put inside. Now it tastes different, doesn't taste the same, the meat, the tacos burritos, all that are nasty, now they need to work on their flavor again. I would not recommend this place because of the poor quality of the food. The food is bland tasting no seasoning

They didn't have Baja Blast Zero, No Nacho Fries, No tea, No chicken. It was the middle of the day at a fast food restaurant in America. I drove across Denton to the Teasley location where everything was in stock for lunch.
I don’t understand what’s hard about working here, but my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order the regular cantina burrito and I get the new caliente burrito. Never coming here again, I’ll drive out of my way to go to the other store on 380 where they actually pay attention and give you the right food.
Sarah always brightens my day! I can hear the smile in her voice when ordering and she is pleasant and a true asset to your establishment. My order was correct & food was good. Thank you for FINALLY hiring quality employees that care at this location.

absolutely horrible. gets the order wrong every time without fail. the management is lazy and the workers are incompetent
