I understand they were short staffed so I don't want to be too tough on them, but keep that in mind if you visit- you may have a lengthy wait. Took at least 30 minutes to get a bean burrito & chips & cheese.

I paid for eight Beef Soft Tacos and received THREE! I drove home, called the store, and was told to drive back to get the other tacos. I was home, and I was not getting back out. My friend and I did not eat dinner, thanks to the idiots at your store who could not count to eight.

This is the worst Taco Bell of Denton, Texas. It should be closed down for how terrible they are. If you want...terrible service (rude attitudes), messed up orders, and them telling you to come inside to get some simple sauce this is the location for you.

Oh the food was so good! Great service and the manager was so nice. Everything was cleaned and stocked up. Also the coffee was very very good. Highly recommend. 10 stars.

I placed my order, other customers ordered and they got served prior me. I proceed to tell the employee that please give me a refund for my food, cant wait anymore, and he proceed to say, “It hasn't being that long” and looked at me all upset. I got ny refund and left. But the attitude of the employees, but the one that actually treated me respectfully that got my order in the first place. As for the rest, Jeez, horrible service, no sense of urgency, no customer service at all, hey I might waited more if he simply said, “I am sorry for the wait, give me couple more minutes”, but nothing!

It seems like every evening that I come here late evening early early morning I guess maybe they are lazy and don't want to work or what I have no idea but there's no way that the system is down as often as it is at this Taco Bell it's ridiculous is there even a manager that works there because if there is they should be fired for incompetence or learn how to manage a restaurant correctly trashy staff hoodlums and cussing and just all around pathetic idk how this store operates....

It took an hour and a half in the drive thru to get 2 burritos. I watched one guy drop off a bag near the window (I knew it was mine) and no one handed it to me for another 20 minutes. I really wish I was exaggerating but I honked and yelled but to no avail. The person who eventually handed me my food didn’t even say anything or look my direction.I can tell the staff was in the process of cleaning which I totally understand but an hour and a half is ridiculous. Honestly this was my sign to be done with Taco Bell, I can make burritos at home lol

I hate this location. I understand that they are busy, but they never prepare my order correctly. My quesadilla wasn’t even heated all the way through for the cheese to melt and It wasn’t even cut through. The nacho Bell grande chips were soggy. I’m thinking that dish came out first and sat on the counter until they finish my second order.

From beginning to end, the service at this grueling establishment was simply intolerable. For starters, they had no Grilled or Fried items (that’s the whole menu????) we then attempt to spend our hard earned cash in 3 orders, to which Kelly F. Replies “I ain’t doing 3 orders in my drive thru.” Once we receive (almost) all of the burritos, the poor pathetic food items looked like they had been run over by a bus. I am convinced they pulled the ingredients out of the fridge, sat on them, and put them in a paper bag. Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. The staff was no more pleasant than a stick up my rear the second time through as we retrieve the remaining food items we had payed for but weren’t given.

Every once in a while, you have the unfortunate luck of ordering at a time when some brave soul thinks fresco style means no lettuce. Because we all know lettuce is dairy. The critical thinking isn't amazing here. Otherwise, it's a taco bell. You get what you pay for. Sometimes less.

Placed an online order 15 minutes before I got there. Took 20 minutes to get my food. Upon handing the order, staff didn’t greet or say anything about the wait. On top of that, order was missing things. Secondly after waiting 20 minutes, they refused to give us sauces that were ordered through the app and told us to come inside for further assistance. Don’t expect too much from college students working at a job they do t care about. Poor service.
