So let me start by saying I don't do reviews very often. But this was so bad I felt like I have no choice. Staff was fine. But these nachos were awful smh. It's like they put sugar in everything. The meat, the cheese, the beans. Everything. Please do better Taco Bell.

Probably the worst Taco Bell location on the planet. Ordered 8 items and got 6, went back in and the manager looked at the receipt and the food and decided he wouldn’t make my missing two items. Had a kid in the car crying and just wanted the food I paid for. Didn’t even refund the full amount I paid because they didn’t ring up the refund receipt correctly. Unprofessional and just simply careless.

The drive thru kid sounded stoned. I think he was. Lol, he put the order in wrong. We wanted a $5 box and a burrito, and we got 1 taco and 1 burrito. LolI went inside to fix the order and was told they didn't have the $5 box anymore. ?That made me sad, so we gave back our burrito and taco and left.Taco Bell needs a better value menu. Js?

Seriously, how hard is it to greet a customer? I was forced to use the kiosk because NOONE would come to the front or acknowledge we entered and were standing by the counter. I personally prefer to order with a person because I've had a stroke, which is also the reason I didn't just walk out and go somewhere else. As for the food, at least, the order was correct BECAUSE I took the time to walk in. Drive-thru is another story. Anyways, in a nutshell, overpriced food thrown together, lousy customer service, and longer than normal wait times when Noone is there, it's not like it was busy at the time we went. TACOBELL: You need to do better. You're no longer my go-to for some Sh!+ty tacos.

I ordered here two days ago and it sucked. I paid 40 dollars for bean burritos that had almost no beans inside of them and were wrapped with two tortillas to make it seem more full, and five layer burritos that were just beans with a very small amount of beef and cheese. They were cold to the touch and just tasted like tortilla. I hate this place.

I drive further away because this location is so bad. Read the reviews, I am not sure how this place isn’t shut down. My last visit I was ignored until I finally said something. The lack of care and apathy is evident in every employee hiding in the kitchen. I tried to tell someone in charge that no one was helpful and my online order showed it was ready on my app. The first guy just pointed to the drive thru and mumbled they are busy. Lol! Then the manager, I think, informed me after inquiring… “the drive thru gets priority”… really? Over the lobby that had one guy before me? Drive thru maybe had two cars. They weren’t busy. He said that’s why they told me “just a minute”. NOPE! No one came out or acknowledged me until I asked for help. They don’t care! Look at the other reviews! My receipt had the survey number ripped off but I was able to review in the store anyway. Enter/Order at your own risk!
