Ordered a cantina bowl and received OLD overcooked chicken, then called and went to get the order replaced and received only 80% rice and chicken. It’s always something off with the night shift it’s like they’re lazy.

The most pleasant Taco Bell experience I’ve had. I must have gotten lucky since every one else seems to have had a bad time. The guy working the drive through was very nice, they coincidentally had diet Mountain Dew (which I was hoping for) due to an inventory mistake, and my order was exactly what I had asked for. Quick, easy, and a reasonable price.

As a person that frequents, this taco bell almost daily. It's happened numerous times where I order my spicy potato. Soft tacos with no lettuce.And I get exactly what I don't want lettuce. Upon picking the lettuce out, I notice I have exactly four potatoes with a pinch of cheese.

Probably one of the worst ran Taco Bell locations I have been to. Taco Bell is supposed to be fast food I could have sat down and ate at the cheesecake factory faster than I got my food at this location. The restaurant looks recently renovated I think they just need some new management
I always go to the kiosk and put my order in. Because I customize my orders. Every time I go to this place, it's hit or miss. When I say I don't want certain things on or in my food, that's what I mean. I DON'T WANT IT. When I put I don't want pico, it's because raw onions make me nauseous and give me headaches. The last time I went here, I didn't want tortilla chips. My burrito had tortilla chips. My gordita supreme, for some reason, had pico. It doesn't come with it originally, so there was no reason to take it off. But whomever made it, put it on there

This location literally doesn’t know what NO ONIONS means. Because every time I ask for no onions it’s like I get extra in my bean burrito. Guess I’ll be avoiding this location from now on since it’s happened several times.

Why do they act like the sauce and napkins come out their check. Every time it's something. We have been told if we wanted more sauce we would have to park and come inside to get it, thanks to an extra bag we were able to clean out the lobby and stock pile 6+ months worth. We are currently thinking about filling Mason jars and selling sauce, another time when returning with our hot fresh incorrect order the lady was rude and suggested she check the screen when ordering after showing her the receipt where all the items and modifications were correct my wife was informed that she should have checked the order before leaving as if that could have happened before the mistake was made. We would have just been back through the drive through faster with their mistake. This was slightly less ridiculous than the manager having the nuts to proclaim from the comfort of their chair in the doorway of the office that they recognized her because she frequently returned with incorrect orders. This argument just clarifies and acknowledges the frequency of their mistakes. Was so happy when we saw it being built so saddened when we saw it be run by idiots.
