Every once in a while you just want Taco Bell. Find another one though. Nobody could break away from doing trash, taking in the back or whatever else to take my order at the counter. Apparently if you don’t want to input your own order, don’t don’t get to order

My tacos were completely destroyed. It looked like a 5 year old threw a tantrum and smashed them all up. This is the 2nd time that's happened here and I won't be returning. The window service is nice enough but doesn't make up for the completely ruined lunch.

It's like someone smashed my food with a hammer before handing it over to the window.

So I go in the store of course they don’t have any cashiers you have to order yourself I order myself don’t get my food for about 20 minutes then they are out of sauce and I continuously wait at the counter asked for assistance for about 20 more minutes and then leave my order there too because I don’t have my sauce spent 40 minutes there left my food because I was so disappointed. And it’s on a credit card so I could just defer it.

I ordered through drive through with Jada A and she didn’t get my order right at all. She messed up on what I said I wanted on my tacos. I also paid extra for meat and cheese and on both had little to no cheese.

Loudest “Hi are you checking in or using reward points” prompt I’ve ever heard. Literally echoes the lot. Neighborhood behind this location hears this every time someone pulls up. I jump in my car every time I pull up. Solid food, decent service, just the loudest welcome speaker I’ve heard.

The drive through speaker is loud enough to rupture your eardrums. When I go on runs in the adjacent neighborhood I can hear the speaker taking orders half a mile away. Everything else is great. The staff is friendly and orders are always correct.

At around 8:30 pm on October 15, 2024. I waited for 10 minutes in the the lobby to place my order. One of your reps with long blonde hair said you no longer take counter orders, that all orders must be made in kiosk. Would have been nice if there had been a sign at the counter stating all lobby orders have to be made on the kiosk

I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. They get my order wrong EVERY time nowadays. Ate there tonight and the quesadilla was almost pitch black it was so burned. Other items were either missing or wrong. I can't speak for the day shift but the night shift consistently get orders wrong; other reviews are saying the same. If you want to eat what you pay for, do NOT go to this Taco Bell.

I ordered 8 things here, had to ask for sauce… only got 6 sauces… for 8 things. Asked for tacos meat cheese and sour cream only. Got everything on them… I stopped going to Taco Bell a year ago.. now I know why. There was no one in the building but workers (3-4 of them) and my order was wrong.

I’d never order from here again. This food is the worst. I Ordered the new steak street chalupa 2 pack and this is what I got. Who thinks this is a taco acceptable to serve someone?

if you come here later than 10pm expect for it to be only teenagers working who are messing around and make items incorrectly, if you are lucky enough to get them at all. i always have something missing from my order and forgotten sauces

Make sure you check every order you get from this Taco Bell they forgot 2 items from my most recent order. And hopefully, you don't get the same person on the intercom I did. She was rude and wanted to end the order as soon as possible.
