It is the customer service that I would like to review. I was having a really hard day today and I just want to recognize Cecilia who was working the drive-through window. She was very kind to me and tried to comfort me the best she could through the window. I hope that her managers see this and reward her for her amazing customer service, and her heart to help people!

I normally love going to this place but today I ordered food and asked for no cheese because I can’t have dairy. I get my order and it has jalapeño sauce on it which has cream in it. I go back to the window the girl who took my card to pay for it got the manager I assume and the manager came to the window and said we didn’t make those. Mind you I just left the drive thru not even 5 minutes prior to this.The manager tell them and said they would remake it no problem. They told me to pull up to the front and they will bring it out. I waited over 30 minutes watching as they serviced other people walking in and I never got the new food. I saw workers come up to the counter see me and my car outside and still left with no food. So I just left and I will not be coming back again. Two workers also watched me drive off. Why would I lie about food I just paid for.

It's ok the food isn't like it used to be, but the kids now days working could care less. More about being on there phones then putting the ole heart into the things they do.

I witnessed a woman in search of a job and the manager refused to speak with her. The employees gave incorrect information said there was no website to apply. Did I mention there are postings on the door saying “we are hiring for our new location!” the location also did not have the menu update. So the digital boards and kiosks were all saying different items. Customer service was a ZERO. They refused to assist the counter and wanted to make food. Horrible experience

Taco Bell is reliably tasty at any location, but this location stands out by elevating the experience in several ways. No TV menus that change while you're in the middle of ordering, no long waits, GREAT staff who are friendly & helpful & accommodating, a drive through that doesn't trap you in, no weird sign saying you have to go inside to get your app order, they label similar looking items so my "vegetarian" paramour doesn't "accidently" eat my beef burrito, etc. there are 3 TBells closer to me, but I make the drive for quality. If these people aren't making twice the average pay for their position, they should be. Also, the building looks cool.

The friendliest drive-thru staff ever! Visiting inside is not the same experience- they are understaffed and the guy is not as delightful but I guess they put their best on the window at the drive thru. Keep up the good work window ladies!
