If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a burrito supreme with chicken and one with steak. They put both chicken and ground beef on one burrito and steak and ground beef on the other. Then I also ordered a chicken chalupa and they put chicken amd beef on it. They have zero common sense. They don't care about their store and it really really shows.

The staff is extremely rude, and the so-called manager is the worst of them all. I spent $100 at Taco Bell—yes, $100—and I should’ve known better. After talking to several other customers, I found out I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this person.
My order was completely wrong, and when I asked him to fix it, he said, “I already made it, I’m not fixing it.” Seriously? That’s how a manager talks to paying customers? The service is horrible, the food was wrong, and I didn’t even get what I paid for.
I asked for my money back, and he refused. This location is a complete joke—unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Sad that it’s far from home but any time I’m craving this taco because it’s in the area I work they always make my food correct and the ingredients that come with it are always enough. I always walk in and use their kiosk. Staff are always friendly, bathrooms are always clean. Just wanted to take the time and give them some props! This side of Denton is lucky.

I cannot give a review on the food at this store and the lady at the drive thru today would not allow me to order my food. I ask if I could get a ground beef burrito, with cheese hold the red sauce and add sour cream. The lady told me that I could not order that as Taco Bell doesn’t have a beef burrito on the screen. I ask her if they could just prepare a burrito as I had ask she told me no a second time that Taco Bell did not make just meat and cheese burritos I could only order a supreme or on on the screen. I won’t be back to this location.

While waiting for my already made order, I noticed the prep team doing their job correctly, gloves, following cutting procedures, great team work. I understand the fact they were busy, that's why I didn't mind the waiting. Good job. Let's keep improving.

I asked for the old fire dorito tacos and didn’t have them cause it’s been like 10 years since y’all did , I guess you heard me cause you made that burrito with love and it was freaking amazing thank you bro

lol really? You guys are ridiculous. I understand some mistakes, but you just don’t pay attention I guess.
Ask for some extra sauce, got 0. Fine, expected that lmao. Typical of service people now. Ordered soft taco with a burrito? No, got a crunchy. Oookayy? Ordered cinnamon sticks with it as well. Literally got none.
I don’t know what’s going on with people nowadays but it costs 0 to pay attention, and maybe you’ll have a better day for it.

This is a horrible place to have your order served wrong.. I called many times and no answer... finally someone answered.. we live about 20 minutes away.. I asked if I could get a remake of my food missing.. the manager kept giving me the run around... the next evening I went to get the remake and she refused to do it.. I should have returned last night to get the remake.. the little Hispanic lady was surprisingly rude .. I had to sever the relationship with that store.. I don't want to.. I love Taco Bell.. I didn't want anything extra.. I only wanted what I paid for.. the Latina store manager needs to be trained again in Customer Service... someone Please help her...

Disgusting. They put raw onions in EVERYRHING but don't tell anyone. We payed for dinner last night and had to trash more than half of it because there were giant chunks of raw onion inside everything. I like onions, but not in giant raw chunks inside of my refried bean burritos.

The chalupa had a long hair inside completely disgusting she says if I could take the chalupa for a remake no applogies or anything just to take the hair my order was a big one I got delivery and had no drinks with all my meals. Not buying from here no more.
