This is a horrible place to have your order served wrong.. I called many times and no answer... finally someone answered.. we live about 20 minutes away.. I asked if I could get a remake of my food missing.. the manager kept giving me the run around... the next evening I went to get the remake and she refused to do it.. I should have returned last night to get the remake.. the little Hispanic lady was surprisingly rude .. I had to sever the relationship with that store.. I don't want to.. I love Taco Bell.. I didn't want anything extra.. I only wanted what I paid for.. the Latina store manager needs to be trained again in Customer Service... someone Please help her...

Disgusting. They put raw onions in EVERYRHING but don't tell anyone. We payed for dinner last night and had to trash more than half of it because there were giant chunks of raw onion inside everything. I like onions, but not in giant raw chunks inside of my refried bean burritos.

Absolutely disrespectful staff. We ordered 11 items to be delivered. When our dashers arrived they only delivered 4 items we didn't even order. It took me 3 times of calling for them to answer the phone. I asked for them to send us the right order and the lady I spoke to could barely speak English and was very rude. Told me I needed to come pick it up even though I had ordered for delivery. Thankfully we had dashers that offered to go back and pick it up. The least this place could have done was give us some sort of discount for the inconvenience . All I got was an attitude for their mistakes.

I ordered through Uber Eats and got a Chicken Crunch Wrap and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch Nacho Cheese. I didn’t even touch the Cheesy Gordita Crunch because it had hair. Within less than an hour of eating the Crunch Wrap, I started experiencing severe abdominal cramps and had to make frequent trips to the restroom. It’s been terrible. I’ve eaten Taco Bell at other locations and never had an issue like this before. The pain is excruciating and has kept me from being able to sleep. This place is a health violation and the workers should take more pride in making food that isn't contaminated. This violates:
TFER §228.61: Food must be protected from contamination.
TFER §228.42: Food must be stored, prepared, and served in a manner that prevents contamination or bacterial growth.
TFER §228.61: Food must not be adulterated or unsafe for consumption.

Food was pretty fresh, and tasty. I don't know why, but this Taco Bell location, as well as the one on University take a long time to take your order when you go in to order and eat. I'm not sure if it's because they want you to use the kiosk thing or whatnot, but it's extremely frustrating.

Seven dollars for a taco box, and you have me sold. I love Taco Bell and their deals. This location is clean, and I would recommend it to anyone who is an avid taco bell enjoyer.

My grandkids and I stopped by Taco Bell on 288 in Denton, TX. I bought over $25 worth of food. I was not sick anytime before. After eating their food I’ve had a terrible upset stomach and pain for 6 days and can’t get rid of it despite OTC meds. My stomach hurts terribly, I can’t go anywhere due to frequent bathroom brakes, am nauseated all the time and will visit my doctor very soon. They must have served something left out, tainted, old or who knows what fell into it. I was a patient and polite customer but noticed the cashier went to the food section grinning while speaking spanish to the other ladies. I didn’t give it a thought. I had no idea I’d be this sick for this long. This is completely unacceptable. Taco Bell needs to ensure sanitary measures are followed in their restaurant chain. I will not be returning and will discourage anyone from buying food there.

Employee will just stare at you and g about their business and not come help you while standing to place your order while the store isn't busy

Ordered the 90’s Gordita and they gave my sister a regular Gordita not once, not twice but FOUR TIMES. Even after a manager telling them what we wanted. Then the boy behind the counter argues “that’s how they are made” as she is pointing at the 90’s decade menu. They were rude with the exception of the manager.
