ok so i placed an online order and it said it was ready. havnt even been 10min. so i came up here and my order wasnt ready. the b** at the counter “claimed” its bc i placed it hours ago and i was like um i literally just placed it not even 5 minutes ago and she was like well im just letting u know add i proceded like i said i just placed the order and then she says “well do you want me to make it or not” and i said b*** fix your attitude cause who are u talking too.. whether i placed it hours ago(which i didnt) or 5 minutes ago yall didnt have my order ready either way. and this is not the first time this restaurant was rude. i order from this place all the time. will not be returning. need new staff anyway bc they be in there playing around dont be having the food ready when its suppose to be.or its cold.(it was the girl with the glasses she had dark hair and a bun) she needs to fix her attitude.

Arrived at Tacobell at 3971 n loop 288Denton Tx.Restaurant stated no grilled food was available, and then when asked what was available, had a bad attitude . When we confronted her at the window about the bad attitude, it just got worse and we were told to leave .

I get food for my family and we open up the gordita crunch and find a ball of hair and stuff like they mopped the floor with it. I take it back and the manager lady said it’s never happened before and looks me in the eye and says “well what do you want me to do about it” I mentioned we aren’t going to eat it and would like a refund and she rolls her eyes and said hold on goes to the back walks back up front and just starts taking orders again and completely ignoring me. I stood there for 10 minutes and just left but so disappointed after spending 40+ dollars today I’ll just go somewhere else next time!

Ordered from the app. Did in store pickup. We had Nacho Doritos Tacos and 5 Layer Burritos with Nacho Fries! All the food was fresh and had good Flavor. Being a fast food restaurant doesn't always mean you get good service and food! Many times it's a hit or miss. This time it was a Hit! All food was very good and fresh. There will be a next time.

I’m requesting to speak to this franchise owner. I arrived about 12:50AM, ONLY ONE in line & was told to wait. That’s fine I waited 4+min to order although I was the only one car on the property!!! I placed my order & was denied placing a chicken quesadilla order because their out of chicken cool. Paid & i wasn’t even greeted & my food was handed to me in silence. That’s it. To my surprise it’s the same girl with the glasses, & a dark hair bun with the most unpleasant attitude each time I arrive in drive thru at dark hours. The owner or manager needs to review that employee for their own successful business.
Nice place. I didn't talk to the staff but they were nice to my sister and her friends.
