I used to be a fan of taco bueno. This location on several occasions has not been the greatest. This time I ordered about $50 worth of food. The beef burrito literally looked like it was a party burrito with a little bit of beef. Very disappointed for a $4.19 burrito. I asked for a refund for it. It time to start checking everything before you leave to ensure you don't get duped with your food. I think it's better to just drive further to a better location from now on.
Waited 10 min in the drive thru to not be helped. When I pulled up to the wibdow I had to honk my horn. I asked the lady if their drive thru wasn't working, she said no I'm sorry.. then after taking my order I see and hear her taking the order for the person at the intercom. Terrible service and just blows my mind they would blatantly lie to my face

Nice thing when I went there this time the grouchy manager was not there. The only complaint is the dining room always seems to need attention.

They crushed up tortilla chips and put them in my burritos when I asked for sour cream in the burrito. This was on mb birthday. The 15th of June around 4:30 PM. Absolutely disgusting.

The lady that checked us out was very friendly. By the time we paid our food was done, which is actually odd! I couldn't figure out how they did it so quickly. Then we opened our food and it was already pre-made, probably sitting under a heat lamp. My burrito was hard and cold. It was edible, so I didn't complain. The restaurant was kind of dirty too, as far as the floors go. I would still go back, but order things that are more rare to ensure I get fresh food.
