I had issues receiving the wrong food through the drive thru… called the number on Google for store#3248 and it simply goes to VM and nobody returns message after calling off and on for a week and leaving 2 messages. The receipt doesn’t even provide ANY contact information to attempt to resolve.

Ordered large chips and queso and they gave me just the queso even tho they had given us the chips all the time before. the associate told me we had to purchase it separately which was odd and even weirder they didn't give me my receipt so that I could check exactly what I had paid for. Overall very inconvenient.

Such a cute Taco Bueno. But we came in an hour or so before closing. The salsa bar was closed but cleaned very well and they were so nice when we asked for the salsa and pico. They did act like we were ruining their closing process and food was served hot and wonderful. Very clean location.

So disappointed in my Beef Nacho salad today at TB on Loop 288! Always friendly service, but today’s salad had different chips that weren’t stale, but tasted old! I’ve ordered and eaten this salad for years, but this was a HUGE disappointment! 😢

We stopped went in here for a real quick lunch. We were not disappointed! The food was good - for fast food. But - what really impressed us was the staffs attitude. We felt like we were really appreciated! We'll go back again when we're in the area!

The service here is terrible! They have the sign on as open but lock the doors, ignore multiple phone calls, and ignore people in the drive through ! Me and another vehicle sat and waited for a while no response, she had to go and knock on the drive thru window to get any help and then they finally got on the mic to take an order. They suck, they forget items, and if you submit a complaint via their website nobody responds.
Ordered 4 party tacos, 2 party burritos. Got home to realize the cheese is completely spoiled and smells horrific. They also did not include the party burritos in my order. Of course, nobody is reachable. There is no number to call to help fix this problem. Will never eat here again, beware of their spoiled cheese!
