Absolutely loved this place! Our first experience was flawless from start to finish :) We were greeted by a friendly staff member and he helped us with ordering and sampling, and had great suggestions and answers to any questions. Everything was fresh and tasted excellent. Can’t wait till we come back!

Love that we have this in town and I don’t have to drive 20-30 minutes to get taiyakis. The owner was super nice and helpful.

Their grill was broken and instead of telling me before I ordered, they let me order and I waited too long for what should have been a few minutes. Food was good though.

Worst customer experience happened at Sheraton branch- the branch manager didn’t even respect the customers . Unprofessional at all

Love this lil place!
The strawberry refresher with lychee poppers and taiyakis with cheese or custard are some of my favorites.
I also love that they sell packs of the tayakis to save a few bucks if you’re buying multiple.

I was happy to eat Japanese-style taiyaki. There are also plenty of taiyaki toppings. I ordered the custard girl OREO chocolate. It was chewy and delicious. There is also a wide variety of ice cream.
Staff very friendly.
I think I'll go drink BOBA next time. There isn't much space to eat inside.

In the dive bare are of a college campus, not a problem, slow, not a problem-it's fresh. What is a problem is the lack of care for food safety. I watched the person preparing the orders squat to the floor tothe fridge, lose his balance, right himself with his gloved hand, stand up open the taiyaki grill with the same gloved hands, reach in and touch the food with the contaminated glove to test temperature. I immediately requested a refund, which the couldn't really show proof of, and left.

Response to business response: he did reach for a batter bottle, he also put some fulling bins back in the fridge. That was when he lost his balance, wobbled to his left, caught himself flat-palmed with the left hand, holding on to the steel table with his right. At that point, he stood up, grabbed the light blue handled scissors scissors, trimmed the excess batter from the grills on both sides, opened it, patted multiple taiyaki with the contaminated glove and and started prepare them. It turned out that the person who did this was the only one who could issue the refund, so apparently, the manager/shift manager - which is a bit more disturbing and disappointing. Are you really going to tell me I didn't see him touch the floor and touch the food you were about to serve me?

Went there and got those fish things. Was not fully cooked and super soggy on one side. Also got ramen for $4 and they handed it to me without any hot water in it and the plastic still on. Why would I pay extra for ramen that I have to take home and heat up when I ordered it there? Overall this place was not good and I don’t understand how it has so many good reviews 1/5

I'm sad to have to correct this review! The new owners have completely demolished what taiyaki used to be. I never go anymore because the popping boba is plastic-y and the sugar levels are all off. The place looks beat up and the menu is held up by ductape. Not to mention the griddles for the taiyaki have no backsplash. How unsanitary. The employees are amazing and the service is great, it just feels like the owners have murdered the amazing spirit of this place. I wouldn't go anymore, it's not worth it for the price.

They were so good. I tried to go and dine in as well. Recommend flavors: Nutella, choco caramel, custard, oreo. I didn't like strawberry much, tasted like jam but it was decent.
