Some local colleges recommended this place, who we meet there. They had to arrive early as you can't prebook tables. We reviewed the menu and ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The drinks arrived first, followed shortly after by the food and WOW what food, it was very good, it's just the portion size that is the problem, they don't skimp on the amount. The price was very good, hence the reason the place was very busy and they don't need to take reservations.

From the front to our table we dealt with people that were unfriendly and acted like they did not want to be there. The lady at the front had a nasty attitude the whole time. Then our waitress barely ever came to our table. We had trouble getting anything we needed including our drink refills which we never got!! She slammed the cups down and was sliding them across the table. Tried to get us out of there before we were even finished and had no absolutely no customer service at all!! Our bread was cold and hard, we never got our sauce for our appetizer, the carrots were hard and looked old, the chicken was overcooked and hard and you couldn't even chew it, the loaded potatoes was dry and they barely put anything on it, the ribs were burnt and had a lot of fat, and most all the food had something wrong with it and I was very very disappointed in this visit!! We've never gotten treated this bad when we've Gone. We never have even had this big of an issue with all the food!!

Once again RH didn't disappoint 👌 Best filet in town Bar None. Hailey are server was the sweetest thing too!! She literally made us feel like we were her only customers and it was Saturday night!!

Not the greatest experience today. Ordered a ribeye, house salad, and loaded baked potato. The best thing was the potato. My salad had several pieces of browning lettuce in it and I asked for my steak as medium and it was very rare and pretty difficult to cut. Sadly the worst steak I’ve ever had from any roadhouse and definitely not worth the almost $30 for one meal..

This place stays busy , food is always good. Service is fair, usually good but the last time we went the salad came out after my steak was served & I had to ask for it. Seems like they have a big turn over of servers for you never see the same ones there.
