The Dive Bar & Restaurant

We made reservations for Sunday morning. When we arrived they could not find our reservation. Told us that Google doesn’t always get the info to them. We were a party of eight. Coffee wasn’t made yet. When it was, waitress brought it out a cup at a time. Cream already in it and not available on the table. To refill coffee she took our cup into the kitchen, filled it and brought it back out. So inefficient. When it was time to pay the bill she brought over the credit card machine with just the total on it which included the automatic 20% tip. No itemization until after I paid and requested a receipt. Bizarre. Food was okay , bacon undercooked. I won’t go back.

Great food, good spirited wait staff, patio seating AND.... wait for it.... live music!?!?! There is a reason parking here can be a challenge. Get there early, but stay late....

Went to the Dive for the first time for a show. Waitress said she just needed card to have on file but that it wouldn't be charged and we could pay with cash or another card afterwards.. Ok. Food, nachos were literally freezing. Let her know and she said I can bring some queso and no charge, ok, when she brought it she said this should be warm. It was worse than the nachos themselves. They were awful. Show was terrible too but that wasn't their fault, we were seated and then after 30 minutes were told we had to move because someone else wanted our seats more. Lol what?? I couldn't even comprehend that. We chose to leave early and paid our tab with the other card as planned. Sure enough they charged both cards! and mine twice! and charged us for the queso. Tried to call and no one ever answers. Will have to call the bank to get it straightened out. Won't ever be back there, terrible all the way around. Believe the reviews.

Chill bar. If you have to write a lengthy 2 page paragraph about how this place is, stop.
It's bar food, with good bar tenders, decent selection of drinks and you find your own fun here in different days.
Don't over think it. Let loose. Stop being entitled.

1st of all how can you mess up Mimosas? ?? Sent back due to something brown floating in my drink 2nd ones wete terrible as well! Toast burnt food bland! Should have known when we were the only ones there for brunch! Won't be back!!

Hello. I'm a former industry person (like 20 years, only been out for a year) and I had the absolute worst service I've ever received here. I typically come to decompress and have a couple of drinks by myself, and every now and then I have friends join me.

For one, there is one bartender that absolutely refuses to approach me even though I've been polite and tip very well every time I come in.

Tonight, I came in and got a beer and a pour of Jameson. That went well, I went to the Big room where live music was being performed and it was very nice.

After that ended, I came back to the bar for one more round. The bartender that never approached me proceeded to mess with the bar mats in a glass caddy by the end of the bar. Never once looking up to ask me if I needed anything.

Me being a patient person, and used to being treated this way by the other bartender, I waited for the bartender that usually takes care of me to approach. She did and I ordered. Strangely, after that order, she proceeded to take care of another walk-up. As I watched bartender-that-wont-approach immediately take care of several people that walked in next to me.

When I became indignant about this pure lack of care that I've received, they immediately became huffy and closed me out. Ridiculous behavior. I told the one that finally served me that there is no need to act like that, it's their actions that caused this.

Not to mention, they were too concerned about making shots for themselves to take care of a solo dude at the bar.

I come here because I enjoy it. It's a shame I was treated that way for zero reason at all, from both people.

We went Sat Dec 21 to a show happening there. My sister order a drink I think called Malibu sunrise that calls for Malibu rum and our server said they are out and would she like a different rum . A friend of ours order an orange creamsicle and they said they no longer offer that drink . Our server was more worried about the table next to us who was ordering a lot including food .

Pictures don’t do service as to how completely awful and pitiful this place is. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, we were the only people in the restaurant which should have been our first red flag.

Waitress was inattentive from the start, did not tell me how to find the beer menu and wasn’t super engaging.

We ordered fried pickles and a couple beers to start. The fried pickles came out very soggy and the beers were both flat. We ordered our entrees and were completely disappointed.

The Dive Burger has a burger patty, fried egg, and ham on it; it should be an extremely juicy burger that explodes with flavor. The thing was dry as all get out, patty was cooked unevenly, parts of the crust were burnt, and had zero seasoning. $3 up charge to get macaroni and cheese as a side (which is already ridiculous) and it was clearly a cup of microwave mac and cheese that tasted like plastic.

Chicken fried steak was also extremely unflavorful and the side of broccoli was also obviously bagged and frozen broccoli, of which it wasn’t even steamed or boiled to be warmed up. You can tell everything was just warmed in a microwave.

Perfect word to sum my entire experience up is BLAND. I regret going and will never spend my hard earned money with this place again. I regret having ever given someone a dollar for the sorry excuse of food I was served. Owners and staff should be ashamed.

This place is horrible. Tables were sticky, menus were sticky. Food was terrible. Mac and cheese clearly came out of the microwave, taco meat was basically an old burger patty that they crumbled up.

We went in today 12/29 and there parking lot was empty but we still had hope. This is the one night a week we get out of the house without the kids and wanted to try a new place. Once a host/server came out we were told grilled food stops being served at 9 which is confusing because online it says they are open till midnight. We then went and sat at the bar because the dining room was closed as well.. To which we weren’t greeted and my husband asked the man working if he could turn on the game to which he replied “there’s a game tonight?” and then pulled out a sheet of paper. While we waited for him to search the entire channel list the girl that was there just stood around. Once he found the game he started talking to other people there and the girl just stood around walking back and forth. We were going to try to order food before 9 but never got a menu or even asked a drink order. We ended up leaving and going to chilis because we knew we’d be taken care of there. My husband is an 8 year restaurant manager so we know how it goes if it’s busy or close to closing but it doesn’t give any excuse to not greet a guest or even attempt to make money.
