Been here twice. Both times servers standing around and not one of them came and greeted us at a table. It's a sit where you want I guess cause there wasn't a host. If you go on nights they have live music sont expect to get service cause they are more focused on the people in the live band room. This place has been recommended but I just don't see why

The owner needs to dump some money into this "could be awesome" lil joint. The food has really gone down hill the past 2 years. The service is always hit or miss. Lots of attitudes in servers. I gave it 1 last chance last week and was very disappointed in the whole experience. I'm sorry but that WAS the last chance (had sliders and they were messy and tasteless, my partner had chicken strips and same result, drinks were incorrect etc) On to find more hangouts elsewhere. I would return if/when the food gets better. But for now, not wasting my time. Hope your experiences are better than mine have been the past 2-3 years. Everything needs a revamp!!!

This is a nice local restaurant that has fun events regularly. The dive burger is huge and comes with loaded fries. The potato skins are good, but inconsistent in how they make them. They have happy hour drink specials M-F. There's a couple of pool tables and vintage video games.

Service was horrible. Was a Friday night in a college town. Sat at the bar and because I only wanted to get one drink, the bartender ignored me while I was waiting to place a food order. Ended just leaving because I was ignored for 20 minutes.

Came into town to celebrate daughter’s birthday and wanted to try this place out based off coworkers.They ran out of fries, but wasn’t told until after placing order. Had to ask for straws twice. No napkins. Asked for water twice, my daughter ordered a chicken sandwich w/out tomato and asked for a side of ranch. Tomato was on the sandwich and asked for the ranch again. Had to flag server down for the check and she just said the total, had tip automatically set at 25%. I don’t mind paying, but get things correct. Tip is based off service, not the bill. There was barely any interaction with this young lady. Definitely won’t visit again.

I ordered a dish that includes 2 sides and I asked for 2 inside of the ones they offer themselves and in the end they charged me separately!! I didn't realize it, but it's really cool that they do that. Be careful with your account when paying!!

What a great venue for listening to live music. Had a great time enjoying Anna Weber and her band. Had the stuffed avacado and potatoe skins, quite delicious! Looking forward to going back and enjoying to great patio!

Very popular very busy. must be doing it right!. Concerts, sports, games food and drinks in casual neighborhood environment. Didn't have the food but it looked good.

Fady and his team are incredible. Can't recommend enough! Food and service are always top notch, and if not, they make it right. Patio views of the lake are great this time of year! Don't be dumb and park across the street where it says not to park ?

We've been stuck in the house for the last week and I finally felt well enough to venture out. Didn't want to go far and wanted a patio. The Dive Bar hit all the points. Potato skin appetizers were hearty and a meal by themselves. The chicken fried steak was the perfect texture and huge! The fries are the best I've had in a while. Large bar selection. The cobbler martini was tasty!
I'm an doing an updated review.Since my last review which was very poor a lot has changed for the good.Food is great and quality is very consistent. I love the Dive bombs, and the BLY is awesome, I haven't ever had anything I didn't like to be honest.Service has been great in the past few months and we're there at least a few times a week.They have Buckhunter which is my favorite game, and they also have 2 pool tables, darts, and a basketball game too.The hold small venue live music, poker nights, careokie nights, and recently have had a tattoo artist giving free (tips or pay what you feel it's worth) tattoos which is something I've never seen before and it's kinda cool.Great place and I'm super happy that the owner has made these positive changes because now I'm a big fan of the place, bartenders have been really great and I have really come to love them and waiters & waitresses are great!
