Absolutely incredible hibachi! Awesome and chill staff, who are super friendly and very fast service! Highly recommend the platter with the mixed veggies / rice / protein.

I ordered two chicken entree’s with two ginger sauces each on Saturday night. Was told our food would take about 20-25 min until it would be ready. At 45 min our buzzer had still not gone off so my boyfriend went to check on our order and they said they were boxing it up. 20 min after that our food was finally ready. However we received the WRONG order. We received a chicken entree and a shrimp entree with two hibachi sauces each. My boyfriend went back to switch out the sauces and shrimp entree, and was handed the exact same sauces and told it would take another 10 minutes. After finally receiving the correct order and sauces, an hour and a half later, we were barely given a sorry. We understand that it is peak hours on a Saturday night, but it is when workers repeatedly tell customers that it will be a 20-25 minute wait, and then could care less whenever orders take 5 times the given time AND are incorrect on top of that (causing ADDITIONAL waiting time). I’m 24 years old, I’ve never left a review in my life but this is absurd. I’m so disappointed and sadly will not be returning.

Great entrees. My favorite is the shrimp and fried rice. Line usually isn't too long and you get a pager for when your order is ready so you can get a beer at East Side while you wait.
Cook was rude; stood for over 10 minutes at the window before being acknowledged. Was told my order would take 30 minutes. 50 minutes later my entree was ready. Paid $17 bucks for a Chicken and Shrimp hibachi - opened my box to discover I had received the wrong order. Was told it would be another 10 minutes to correct it. I would have more understanding if this truck had a plethora of offerings, but this truck literally only does hibachi. If you only do one thing, do it well or else don’t do it at all. Mic drop. 10 out a 10 don’t recommend.

I've heard a lot about this place (all good) but was really underwhelmed when I tried it last night. There were only a few people a head of us but we ended up waiting an hour total for our order because it looked like online orders were being prioritized over the people ordering at the truck. I understand food needs to be prepared and isnt ready immediately but communicate to your customers how long it may take. Other people around us were getting irritated because of how long they had to wait as well. I was willing to wait because, again, I've heard really good things about this food truck. Finally got the food and was so disappointed. I ordered the chicken entree. I got 5ish pieces of veggies, rice was dry and not flavored and only had one sauce. Portions are not worth the price, the wait also isn't worth it either. Maybe it was just an off night last night but overall, I don't think it's worth the money or wait to try again.
