TL;DR A SLICE OF CHICAGO IN THE DFW AREA
Situated in food truck alley, I found a touch of Chicago in downtown Denton.
Mike (owner) was welcoming and explained his menu. He said his family is from illinois moved to Texas in 1984 and had a pizza shop here for 30 years. Since I told him that I’m from Chicago, I would put his pizza to the test
5 inch personal pizza was their “Chicago-style” deep dish. It cost 11 Dollars...

The pizza gods have truly blessed this place. The reviews about the sauce are right. Too many pizza sauces are too sweet or too bland. The sauce at this place is honestly perfect and should be a government secret if it isn't already. $10 may seem like a lot for the size pie you get, but as someone who can polish off a whole pizza solo, that $10 is well worth it and it fills you up (with a beer from Eastside of course).
