Wish I could give zero stars. Stole my money, claims it's against policy to provide any kind of customer service for it. Tried to contact corporate but all they have are online feedback forms which they don't respond to. Guess I won't be getting my money back or returning.

Don't recommend ANY Tropical smoothie , I make smoothies all the time at home and even smoothies at other places like Happys, Tropical smoothie has No flavor , barely any fruit used and 90% ice as filler , How does a blueberry bliss smoothie with blueberries, strawberries and bananas , barely barely have a hint of banana and it just taste like watered down flavored water. But charge 7-10$? Crazy , I tried them 2 yrs ago , last yr and gave them another chance this yr and the experience is still the same , won't be going back .

I’ve never tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but upon entering the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. They gave me time to look over the menu without feeling rushed, and made recommendations that were insightful. The entirety of the staff was kind through the whole experience. ♥️

I've become somewhat of a regularly recently. I personally really like their Flatbreads and Smoothies! I also love that you can get either an apple or a banana as a side, however, the past few times that I have gone my order has been slightly off. One time they forgot my fruit, and another time they forgot my Bacon in my Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. Sometimes the smoothies can be poorly blended or just taste off. I would be more than happy to give 5 stars if the consistency could be better.

I’ve came here about three times and each time I’ve loved the smoothies I’ve gotten. I recommend the kiwi quencher. I came in later this Sunday and the service this time was really nice. My smoothie was better than usual. Props to the guy who made it. ?

Smoothies are either great, or not. Never really know which I’m gonna get. Half of the time it tastes like straight ice and sweetener and barely looks like a smoothie. Other times it’s fine. Got a chia banana boost and there wasn’t chia seeds and it looked like a snow cone instead of a smoothie
Terrible service to begin with, extremely rude, no one says good morning, you say good morning, no one answers you. Secondly, I am a consumer. I am a customer there and I am also an Uber worker and I think it is in very bad taste that I am going to pick up the order that my client placed, And when I tried to pick up my customer's order, they threw the bag back and grabbed it from me. Until I gave confirmation to the order, I had already given it confirmation, it is in three parts that confirmation is given to Uber orders and I had already given confirmation on two occasions, I was missing the last part and the worker at the place told me She snatches the bag and throws it behind her until I confirm it in her eyes. They are disrespectful.

STAY AWAY! Way too expensive for sub-mediocre quality.... The option to 'save' by bundling a smoothie and a food item is just as much if not more as buying the smoothie and the food item separately. The corporation that owns these establishments is trash. Smoothie King is better.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!I usually come to this location since it’s close home I’ve never had an issue here but today this lady with glasses around 1:30 pm had a really bad attitude and was rude. ( I’ve been to other locations and they’re always so nice and friendly.) I was polite to her and said thank you! No response at all’ it wasn’t even busy to be in a hurry, she just slammed the window without even saying anything. I get it we all have bad days but she was clearly not having it.
