This was my first time at tropical smoothie and I enjoyed the smoothie! It was extremely fresh and refreshing. I got the Rangers Tropi-Colada & Paradise point. I’d definitely recommend the paradise point and sub the banana for mango! This location was very clean, however my only complaint is no one spoke when we entered and they forgot my drink. I can say the fixed the error quickly.

Ordered using uber eats twice and both times there wasn’t any dressing included with my salad? I didn’t think I had to request it since it’s included on the salad but who knows, they also never provide a straw or silverware 🤷♀️ not the end of the world but it is weird having a Caesar salad without the Caesar dressing

The place is nice and clean. I ordered an Açaí bowl. Everything is fresh. Reasonably priced. It’s definitely a Vegan foods paradise/ someone looking for a healthy chia, oats, fruits , options. plenty of choices and varieties

Wish I could give zero stars. Stole my money, claims it's against policy to provide any kind of customer service for it. Tried to contact corporate but all they have are online feedback forms which they don't respond to. Guess I won't be getting my money back or returning.
