BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!I usually come to this location since it’s close home I’ve never had an issue here but today this lady with glasses around 1:30 pm had a really bad attitude and was rude. ( I’ve been to other locations and they’re always so nice and friendly.) I was polite to her and said thank you! No response at all’ it wasn’t even busy to be in a hurry, she just slammed the window without even saying anything. I get it we all have bad days but she was clearly not having it.

I took paradise smoothie today.And there is only ice in this. No taste at all. I am feeling very sad because I didnt expect that my first experience will be terrible .

Had a terrible drive through experience. The person taking the order was the same at the window. Had the worst attitude was so rude. Typically I’ll give people grace as everyone has bad days, but this was different. We tried to be so nice at the window and nothing but rudeness. There were more cars in the parking lot so I’m assuming other individuals working and hearing her exchanges with customers. We had zero issues with our order, so no complaints on our end to cause her any frustration. She may be a hard worker but, I would not have her doing anything with customers.

Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, this will always be one of my favs. The staff at this location is one of the best. Always welcoming and friendly and the store is clean!!

Used to be really worth the money since it was about $5.30 and the taste was amazing but now it’s gone up to $7.19 for most smoothies AND the smoothies are mostly ice now so NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Very mad about this cause you’d think the more pricier the better quality but this is the complete opposite of that.

Staff not well trained.Takes too long. Now, twice, I've had an unhygienic experience. The first time the food service glove was put into (left inside) the bag with my order. I was completely grossed out! After this, I called their customer service number and they sent me a gift card. I was hesitant to go back, because, again, their service is slow. But, gift card in hand, I went back to try them again. I found a hair in my food. Disgusting. Disgusted. Done.If I could give zero stars, I would.
A low key spot, nice drive through, great smoothies and sandwiches. One of my fave businesses in Denton.

This smoothie store offers much more than just smoothies. Firstly their smoothies are EXCELLENT, using actual fruit (several options) and/or veggies, which are delivered in high quality styro-cups by mostly young and friendly humans. Additionally the food offerings are very tasty, fresh and at a decent value. The inside of the store is ordinarily clean, including the restrooms, which makes it more inviting to hang out awhile. I suggest you go get your cold and delicious smoothies here and try a bite to eat when hungry for a "lighter" lunch. ?

I used to be able to earn 560 points to get a free smoothie. Now I have to earn 1200 points. When they made the change, they advertised that it was a better way to earn points and you can get points faster. Are they serious? Ahhh No! They've actually made it harder for someone to earn enough points to get a free drink or food. At least tell the truth Tropical Smoothie.
