Terrible, rude, and unprofessional employees. The food is also disgusting. I've seen crappy buffets with better quality food.

I keep finding hair in my food, and the food is often kept sitting out cooking for hours leaving food bad, stale and burnt by the time of service.

Just had the rudest encounter with an employee in the dining hall. When trying to pay was told I couldn’t use tap pay and that she needed my card. Well, I didn’t have my card and she said “remember the machine isn’t working just like yesterday and isnt working again today”. Except how would I remember when I was not there yesterday? On top of that last time I ate there a tall male employee cleaning the dining area very forcefully stepped on my foot , not sure how this was an accident either considering I was standing against the drink dispensers and he had just watch me walk towards them. Very very weird. Here is a photo of what I found in the oatmeal as well.

Bland, dry, cold and not enough options! mediocre would be too nice of a review...
They give students these talks about staying healthy on campus yet the options are disgusting, a lot of the times everything is sweet, every chicken meal is overcooked and not seasoned at all, last time I had breakfast there the omelette was basically raw and watery, eggs are disgusting and sausages dry!
As a commuter I really feel bad for the students paying luxury prices Just to have to eat at this disgusting place with not enough options for a semester, and it's all so unhealthy. If you want students to be healthy do better with the stuff you offer.
I wish i can give negative.

The food can be way better; we do spend quite a bit for room, board, and tuition. These students deserve to eat good quality food, not undercooked or overcooked food.
The staff are usually friendly but the food is terrible. They tried too hard to make the food inclusive for everyone and it just made everything taste bad.

Food is acceptable, and staff goes above and beyond to learn who you are (empathy, respect) and they are warm and inviting.

Most of the staff is nice, the dinning hall seems really small for a university. There's not many food options and you usually get the same stuff every week or so. THE FOOD IS AWFUL, and I mean that with my heart and soul. This one time my rice was so soggy I could taste the water they rinsed it with, today my rice tastes sugary!? Someone lied on their resume cause none of this is edible.

If you can drive off campus, do not get a dining plan. It's not too bad day to day, but the second it's busy from an event or a tour group, you're being served raw pizza. Food is not too repetitive, excluding breakfast which is almost always the same.
