The pho was foul, it had a pungent odor that didn’t smell fresh nor appetizing. We ordered a Bahn mi as well and the only thing that had flavor was the bread. The meat was dry and they were out of toppings. Unfortunately we will not be back. The cashier however was nice.

This place has gone way downhill. The place is dirty, sticky, tables, chairs, and the floors are sticky. Clutter piled up like a warehouse. The sandwich was O.K. but they used to be delicious. Vermicelli bowl was laking in vegetables, and the sauce was not good, funky taste overall. I hate paying big money for not so good food. I do not recommend and will not eat here again.

my absolute favorite comfort food spot! the pho always hits just right and the vibes when i eat it are perfect. all the staff are also super friendly and sweet!! i always go here when i want to treat myself, their food is a warm hug and the quality is amazing. love love love viet bites!!

This was my second time going to this place. By far the worst Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to.
An underrated Denton staple. The food is fresh and delicious. I usually get vegetarian options - the veggie pho with tofu and extra avocado, the veggie spring rolls. I've had their bahn mi and love it. Really tasty sauce options. Their gluten free peanut sauce is INCREDIBLE. My favorite. It is BYOB and very affordable. My partner gets a rice bowl with the citrus ginger sauce a lot and it looks tasty. The staff are very kind and helpful. Usually able to get in and out really fast too .
I’ve been coming here for years and I had been looking forward to eating here today. Walked in and the employee behind the counter saw us. Didn’t greet us, was wearing pink headphones and no gloves on. We stood there for several minutes before we got a half ass “I’ll be there in a minute” without looking up at us. Hopefully the owner reads this because it’s not a good look to have someone like that be the face of your restaurant.

Viet bites is my favorite restaurant :-) i have been going here decently frequently for at least two years i think. I love the bahn mi, tofu fries, and thai tea. I think the food is super good, the employees are really friendly, and the service is quick and good. the food is also reliable, i know what im gonna get and it’s great!! i’ve never been disappointed when i get food from here. My only wish is that ordering the cup of pho by itself was an option :-) the value is good, i don’t think the food is overpriced, it always tastes great, and i like eating here when i’m alone and going here with friends :-) I 🩷 viet bites
