Ridiculous! Found out that Friday and Saturday night after 11:30 they only take to go orders. Then they charge 20% extra for those orders. They said it was for safety, I get that, but in the 20 minutes we were there 5 groups to include one group of 10 people walked out because of this policy. In my opinion it would make more sense to hire security for safety because they are probably losing a lot money. People want to come in, sit down, and eat and talk.

It's fine but they keep putting chocolate chips on the peanut butter waffle... if I wanted a chocolate chip waffle, I'd order that, you know? I can't order online anymore because they'll just do that automatically now... wtf.

I love Waffle House. I used to come to this location a lot, but the quality has just been terrible lately. I always get the all star special, and I’m always waiting for my waffle for up to 15-20 minutes. I get it can get busy, I work in customer service, so I’ll just eat my food and be patient and wait, but tonight I waited, and got a cold waffle and I’m just fed up with this location. I shouldn’t have to beg a place called Waffle House for a hot waffle.

My fiancé and I were excited to go to Waffle House for the first time ever. I guess I’m not sure if it’s normal or not but we were completely ignored and neglected by the server. One refill on our drinks after having to ask a few times. Maybe it’s just how this place operates and our midwestern restaurants are just “nicer”. Not sure but will try another location soon maybe. A bummer first experience though on such an iconic brand.
