Wendy's has been my favorite restaurant for 25 years. Working all over the country, on my worst day, there was always a chicken sandwich that felt like a hug or a JBC. Those days are gone now, because they took away the right lettuce. Never thought the lettus mattered until they put shredded lettuce on my favorite comfot food. It's disgusting. Tastes like sloppy food with no shits given for taste. The bath of mayo was always too much and now somehow it's doubled.
Anyways, thank you for making profits more important than the actual food you serve. You lost a lifetime customer and frequent customer over the lettus I never knew I cared about. I hope your profits reflect your poor management.

Guys, I have phenomenal news. Your search is over if you’ve been looking for the worst Wendy’s on earth. The best part? You only have to say what you’d like 3-7 times at the drive-thru and the way you’re made to feel at the window is totally free. A real bargain. I can’t wait to never come back to this very specific location.

Tiny drive thru. You'll hop a curb if you're not careful! They know how small it is, yet they still put large rocks near the curb so you'll mess up your car when you accidentally hit the curb! Parking/entering/exiting is horrible. Must wait on everyone to get out of the way as there's no room for two vehicles anywhere in the parking lot~

1st time to this Wendy's. Drive thru for lunch break 8:20pm. Staff worked the 4 cars through at a steady pace. Got my food in just a couple minutes. Bacon double stack and small fries. Meal was satisfying. All well seasoned as has been my experience at Wendy's. Would definitely return for another meal and maybe a frosty.
