This place was like Wendy's if it was evil. The food was subpar even by fast food standards. It tasted literally like storebought, microwave nuggets straight out of a Kid Cuisine meal. There was only one TV out of three actually playing anything, and the one that was on was playing a news channel. Buzzkiller all around. It was so dark in there too, and some of the windows being painted made it even darker. This Wendy's is also carpeted, which is certainly the most creative decision I've seen for a fast food place, but certainly not the best. The cashier's seemed backed up with orders on drive through which was astonishing because the place was entirely empty when we got there, and there were only three cars when we left.

I have been here 20–30 times over about 2 years since I work near by. I always order using the mobile app.There has only been one time when my order was messed up. I was given the wrong order and didn't realize it until I had driven away.The people at the drive-through always seem friendly. So I'm sure if I had noticed before driving off, I could have mentioned it and gotten my order correctly.It's a Wendy's, the food is as good as any other Wendy's you have been to before.In the morning's around 10:00 am, I am able to get to Wendy's and back to work within 10 minutes since there's hardly anyone there and they get my order put together quick.With no one in front of me in the drive-through and ordering through the mobile app ahead of time, I only sit in line for about 2–3 minutes total. From pulling up and telling them my name to driving off with my food.

Went to get me and my coworkers some food around 4:20pm, every time I ordered something over the speaker he would say anything else anything else, very rude. When I got back to work which is not that far, all the food was cold and the fries were old. When people send there money we don't expect trash like this, I ordered two five dollar biggie bags and a six piece nugget. Well I tried to call and complain but no one answered the phone. This is unacceptable.

We do the Biggie bags or breakfast here all the time. The Honey Butter chicken biscuits are the best in town! I love the manager and 5he morning staff! They are ALWAYS friendly and give you a waive. They are supe4 careful about giving you the correct order. 1 time in 5 years have we had an issue and they made it right with great customer service!Parking: It's located in a mall parking lot. There ate the spaces upfront and in the back (which is what I recommend, the parking up front can be an issue when the drive thru is full)

Same as most Wendy's locations. The food was decent, but the french fries were not fresh.This location is rather inconvenient to stop at no matter what direction I am going/coming from. It's even inconvenient to access if I am shopping at the mall. So I rarely visit this location.
