Rude lady @ drive thru, telling me I need to wait a few mins & shaking her finger @ me. Because order ahead of me wasn't ready instead of telling that customer to pull up, so I was blocked in waiting & couldn't get out. Poor customer service

Rude person at the window. Took a very long time to get our order. I got a chicken sandwich and I didn't even eat it because it was given to me soggy. Gross! Will never come to this location again.

We usually come here since it’s the closest one to the house, recently there’s been a lady at the drive through window that barely understands English and has messed up our food multiple times even tho we don’t make any additions or substitutions to our food (I always get the biggie bag as is) and we went today they gave me the wrong drink and no fries and I’m tired of my food always being messed up

The frys were not crispy as promised. They were soggy doggy raw potato taste. And they don't have one bit of lunch prepared at 10:30, so if you come here for lunch you have to wait until 11-11:15. That is if you don't want to wait for them to prepare something that should have already been done 30 minutes prior.

They got most of my order wrong and forgot items. I even submitted a ticket to them to get this fixed and never heard back from them. Make sure to check your order because they won't fix it if you don't catch it right then.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a hamburger. Didn't realize it until I got home. I ate it anyway and it was just alright, not nearly as good as I'm used to Wendy's being. I was very disappointed and won't go back to that location. Honestly, it was just like a cheap burger from McDonald's!

I was waiting to order for 20 minutes and the manager told me they didn't give me people waiting, but 2 employees came from Walmart, they arrived with tortillas and avocado and the customers waiting first, I imagine it's customer service and besides, I had to wait because they didn't have any. cooked chicken no employee had his name nor the manager

They can't follow the order and made me feel that I were lying. They missed an item for to-go order. We found it out at home, and we called the restaurant. We were told to stop by to pick up the item. We went there. We had to re-explain about what happened, and were told, "It's in the other bag." as we were leaving. NO, IT WAS NOT!
1. It's not our fault that an item was missing. 2. We already explained the issue over the phone with someone, why did I have to re-do that at the restaurant? 3. Why do I want to lie about an missing item?
I called the restaurant because this was SECOND TIME they missed an item for my orders. Last time, I didn’t bother calling them. Mistake happen, but implying me as a lier annoyed me much.

Literally the most consistently good tasting Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. My daughter has volleyball practice in this area every week, and I make it a point to go to this Wendy's every time she practices because of how consistently good it is. You guys are killing it

It's always the same 3 times I told him about my order that I didn't want mayonnaise on the hamburgers and it seems like someone tells them to put too much mayonnaise on it. The elders should put order since the managers don't do anything. They should put order with the employees already. My money was thrown away since the manager did nothing
