Rude slow people serving cold food, took over 5 minutes for them to stop chatting and take my order, the soda machine is out of every option that doesn't have sugar, ask them to change the syrup and they have a temper tantrum slamming stuff around then claim they are out even though they have the boxes in the hands of the other employee standing behind the counter then they tell them to put them back, most unprofessional manager ever, the evening crew was so much better than the day shift even if they did turn off the soda machine so they didn't have to change the boxes

This is the 1st time I have ever had the opportunity to try Wendy's food. I was impressed by the chicken nuggets, they were the best ive ever had. Burger was bland, no seasonings but ALOT of salt made it ok, and the fries were really good. Only issue was the cashier being too busy talking to what I can only guess is her family to remember that we had ordered frosties and after several minutes she finally asked what I needed.... I reminded her that we were waiting for frosties... she made em sat em on the counter and went back to talking to her family. Towards were said to me. Everything else was great but as busy as this location is, having family there distracting from your work, causes issues when most of these drivers are on a time schedule.

We ordered on the app, and it was effortless!! We got the tmobile Tuesday free chicken sandwich. It was so fresh and good, not messy, just right. They did well. The customer service at the drive-thru was awesome, thanks!

Food was good but its the service i wanted to write about.
Many people give their stars without accounting for price, of course if you are paying $100+ for a meal you better get 5 star service, but service for a $10 salad needs to have the right expectation.
Anyway, the service here by the gentleman working the drive through around 10pm served me my $10 salad as if i had ordered a $100 steak. Super kind and cheerful so late at night. Helped turn my attitude around for the rest of my drive. :)

After ordering what I wanted they made the wrong burger. Then when I took it back to have them fix it they only then said they didn't have all the stuff to make what I ordered. While waiting for my new burger I watched a staff member throw trash into a bin move said trash bin around all while wearing gloves. Then with same gloves on touch the prep table. Come on wendys I'm sure your better than this.....won't ever be back at this Wendy's location ever again.
