Placed a mobile order around 6 am so that it would be ready when I go there as I am a truck driverGot to the location around 6:30 am and the location is closed. Couldn’t wait around to see when they opened if they opened. Contacted support who said to contact the store. No refund has been made at this point

This is literally the worst Wendy’s ever. Every time I go I have problems. Today they had a sign saying their drive thru is closed due to staffing issues. so I go inside and there’s 4 kids working there in the lobby at a table sitting and talking and laughing. Even continued once I walked in. Finally took my order and my nuggets are ice cold. Asked them to remake them and had to wait ten minutes.
