I stopped at this whataburger after driving 2 hours to pick my son up from UNT. Having a 2 hour drive home we chose to eat here. I ordered a combo one with cheese etc. Once I received my meal the meat was crumbled up like a sloppy joe with cheese only on half of the burger. After asking them to remake it they did and the burger came out in literally one minute but I thought nothing of it. I opened my burger the meat was completely cold, the cheese wasnt even slightly melted it was as if they had just took it out the freezer. Needless to say I had to drive 2 hours home at 12:30 a.m hungry as hell after originally waiting 45 minutes for our food. I would NEVER suggest eating here. This Whataburger should never be allowed to a represent The all time favorite of Texas...Whataburger!

Hit or Miss place!Was waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes, finally got 'an order' and drove off because everyone had already been waiting for a long time and I just wanted to get home. I got home and realized I had the completely wrong order!!! Luckily I live close by and could drive back. An employee reassured me they would remake my order. This time it was correct finally.2 stars instead of 1 thanks to that dedicated employee! Also, their Sprite is always out of syrup so you're just better off getting a different drink.

Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, got just a biscuit? I know there's no way to prove it but it does suck.
They charged for ranch dipping sauce for the wings. Who doesn’t give dipping sauce for wings? Then, we asked why and they said because we ordered honey bbq wings, not ranch wings so it was extra. Even though ranch isn’t a sauce option on the menu, and who would ever order ranch sauced wings? Just honestly idiotic and terrible service.

Service is great per usual, everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. However I don’t know how they can pass these as wings, and charge 8.99 for these the size is quite pitiful. But don’t just take my word for it, you be the judge if you would pay 8.99 for this and feel good about your purchase.
