Amazing food as always, but today we met Norman an 83 year old who works at this location and has worked for Whataburger for 35 years. What an amazing man, he sat down and talked with us and shared some amazing wisdom. It was one of the best moments of our entire trip. Most people knew Norman by name as they walked in and out of the restaurant. Norman is a kind soul and we need so many more of him in this world. We left smiling not just from the food but from the company as well.

I ordered the Monterrey melt meal, so exited to have it back on the menu, started to eat it, and pulled out a long black hair from the meat. So gross I threw up. The last visit I had from this location was terrible, but this one was the last straw. The girl at the drive thru was somewhat rude, I will never ever go back to this location. Especially when you pay as much money as you do for quality food just to find a long hair in your meat!!! I understand things happen, but this should not be one of them.

Very busy location. They forgot us in the waiting lane after 10min we had to go on and find our cold order waiting to be picked up. No explanation or apology.

Food is always good at whataburger if you get an employee that actually pays attention to u. There's one manager that works here her name is Ashley. She is a hard worker and I have the best service from her. She is probably the best manager they have had so far. But everyone else is usually rude. But whatever. Atleast there shake machine isn't always down lol

Every time I order here; there is always something missing. It’s such a clean looking work environment so, it’s unfortunate that orders can’t be checked thoroughly. I appreciate the offer of coming back but it’s an inconvenience on the customer.
To be honest, I was already crashing out and this just made it worse- ordered an avocado bacon burger with no cheese and they straight up gave me a burger with no sauce nor bacon. Just meat, tomatoes and a whole lot of avocado. Ironically, not the first time they have done this. I once got a Whataburger jr and they gave me two slices of bread and a patty, nothing else on it- Absolutely bonkers the differences between locations. I also order online so it is written out and thus harder to mess up on since the no cheese is typically forgotten but I triple checked my receipt and the only thing notated with the no cheese. Wild-

The current state of this once fine establishment invokes the same feeling I imagine would accompany the experience of watching a loved one get bit by a zombie and slowly turning into an un-dead, unholy abomination devoid of the familiar light that once shone so brilliantly through bright irises, now glassed over and darker than the depths of the blackest sea. Cold & all consuming.
