This location on loop 288 I came at night time and Carisa was rude to me while I was trying to place an order then went inside and the team lead was yelling at the overworked employees

The Patty melt was awesome. The fries and the sandwich were served hot. The milkshakes were very good. It was nice to be served at the table instead of having to go get the food. The staff were friendly. It was an overall good experience. This was the second time I was there and the first time was excellent as well.

We were waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes.
This particular location frequently has 15-20+ minute wait time and they consistently get something wrong with your order every single time. Today my double meat had a single patty. Idk if they are cutting corners or just don't care but don't go to this location. For almost $30 in burgers you expect a little more care. I suggest a visit from the GM

The slowest whataburger ever. I can order online 30 minutes before pickup, and it will still be at least 10 minutes later than the stated time frame. Every single time without fail.
