This is the best location. I made a mistake in my order and they remade the entire thing for me even though it was my mistake. I highly encourage everybody to go there as the manager and the staff are so professional and courteous.

I don’t think I have EVER been here and the food take less than an hour. What makes matters worse, they tell you 20 minutes. Unless you have an extra 2 hours to spare out of your day, I would NOT go here. Poor customer service and very slow service. With zero explanation on why the wait is so long and why I’m told 20 minutes and the wait is well over an hour. Here I am now an hour and a half, still no food. Since I have nothing better to do, I figured I would leave a review. However, considering how long the wait is for everything else;,8 doubt this gets a response.

Good lunch idea for work, quick and friendly service. Best Ranch hands down! Wings are good, too.
My son wanted wings but we wish we skipped this place. Food was not edible and made him sick and staff refused to remake or get him something different. Awful tasting food.

This location is terrible. We placed a order that said it would be ready in 33-38 minutes. I placed order at 7:12 arrived at 7:50 and they never put the order in and said it would be 15-30 minutes. Another customer had same issue and the Mexican boy at register was shrugging his shoulders saying “not my problem” if you cant handle a fast paced “fast” food establishment then get another job. If i could give negative stars i would.

Is it normal to this business to have your staff that mans the front end stuffing their face, answering you with a mouthful of food? Wait times are always crazy. Staff is rude af. You have to fill their drinks for them if you're a delivery driver. One of those rare places I wish I could block from Doordash.
