has a serious food-safety issue that needs to be addressed. This location requires Uber Eats and other delivery drivers to fill customers’ drink orders themselves. This means people who are not employees, not trained, and not certified with a Texas food-handler card are touching drink machines, ice dispensers, cups, and lids. Many of them just came from multiple deliveries and have not washed their hands.
Not only is this unsanitary, but it also violates basic Texas food-handling standards, which require anyone handling drinks or food-contact surfaces in a food establishment to be food-handler certified. No other Wingstop location I’ve been to operates like this — employees always handle the drinks, not outside drivers.
I understand this location is near a college and employs mostly students, but that is not a reason to ignore health regulations or risk the cleanliness of customers’ orders. I hope management and Wingstop corporate take this seriously and correct this unsafe practice.

The commitment the staff makes towards the customer is impeccable. Reassuring that we are recognized when the lobby is full and employees are working. Shoutout the coolers in back making sure the food turns out more than fine when knowing they’ll close soon or when rush hour kicks in. Shoutout to the staff for making my day better with some wings 😭😭😭

If I order two 15-pc boneless wings, PUT THE WINGS IN THE BOX I ORDERED THEM IN? My friend and I had to swap our sauced and dry rub wings, because they put my sauce wings and his sauced wings together, and my dry rub wings and his dry rub wings together instead of putting them together as they were ordered. Is that so hard?

It’s crazy how this is the only wing stop in DentonTx that does not except cash and the crazy thing is I spoke with a manger before going out there and NO WHERE IN OUR CONVERSATION SHE said we currently not excepting cash but no she didn’t it never fells she this wing stop has the worst management ever no matter if you give time between your visits it is still the same your order gets messed up or they forget to put something in the bag and now they don’t accept cash this is insane the GM to this one wing stop needs to pay attention to these reviews and make changes
